* 1 week after the bad catalytic converter and the starter is had** UPDATE: the o2 sensor code was a bad catalytic converter, 6 weeks I’ve had the car now**Bought an 07 Jeep Compass from Eli from the start the car had problems 3 days in check engine light came on for an o2 sensor he fixed, 4 days later failed inspection, eli said to bring it in. The man at the gas station told me if I wanted the car to pass inspection I should’ve let eli inspect it there. I brought it to him, he fixed the e break and windshield sprayer. The day after I picked the car up brought it back for inspection and was told the car had an exhaust leak it didn’t have the day it failed inspection (3 days prior) so he said he wouldn’t fail me for the exhaust leak, I called Eli he said he drove the car the day before and it didn’t have an exhaust leak and he doesn’t know what I did to cause it. I brought it the next day he fixed the exhaust leak “the car didn’t have”. And then my battery light came on you could clearly hear a pulley was busted. I’ve had the car 2.5 weeks by then Brought the car back to Eli and he told me I’m lucky he hasn’t been charging me for the fixes on the car. He lied about the paper work he gave me and was basically yelling at me. The car needed 3 pulleys a poly rib belt and an alternator, a $1400 repair for a car I had for 3 weeks. Eli took a picture of the mileage and said it wasn’t his problem. I paid for that fix. And now a week later my check engine light is on for a failing o2 sensor that he “just replaced”

EVERYONE SHARE THIS :In June of 2020; I went to Grafton hills auto sales to buy a car. I bought a 2012 Subaru Legacy. Not even a month later, on June 26th of 2020, my car broke down and all the lights on my dash board came on as I was driving on 495 in Littleton. Called the dealership, and they had me tow it to a shop. Well, it ended up being the motor ( mind you it hasn’t been a month ) so he has my car until July 6th. I pick it up and he said ‘ don’t worry the motor is all fixed and you won’t have any problems’ WELL HERE WE ARE. Driving down route 2 yesterday, THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPENS. All the lights on my dash board came on and the car dies. So, we call them AGAIN. And I’m told ‘ it’s not my problem call the attorney general ‘ so, I’m now out $7500. $5000 on a bank loan, and $2500 in cash. Because of this. DO NOT GO TO GRAFTON HILL AUTO SALES IN WORCESTER MA!!!!!
