Im giving 5. This was a tough call but even though I didnt get what I came in for we were able to get what we wanted. The staff stuck with us all day feeding us possibilities and deals with little pressure and loads of assurance the whole time. They work with you and give you a banks perspective on how the finance process really works. This place offers many different types of vehicles as well as finance programs that even extend past its own dealership. So if you found a car somewhere else and just cant get that loan Harr might be able to help. They can also assist with other possibilities in their own inventory.
Best car dealership in the world! If you go there ask for the sales manager named Derek He spells it the same way I do Derek. Ive never met a more honest person anywhere let alone in the car business! Treated me like family the very first transaction back in 2000 and has ever since I bought over 12 cars from him.

I made an appointment to have my engine coolant checked as my warning light came on. However it turned off again and was told the cant diagnose without the warning signal on. I left without having the car checked as i was told nothing will happen to my car. A few days later the same warning came on. On my way to Harr i decided to go to another repair shop ti see what they can do. They checked the level on the engine coolant and told me i have only 1/3 of coolant left. They filled my coolant, charged me $10 and i was in my way. Did not have the warning come back on, everything looks good. Now my question why could you not do the same? I dont think i will be going back to Harr.
Buying the car was very easy to do. Very helpful but there service department dont trust them. They said my wife didnt need an oil change, and we almost lost the motor because we had no oil on it.
To be honest I just went along for the ride when my mom went here. She seems happy with it. The bathrooms are clean. They even offer free pastries, coffee, water, and even ice cream. I would come here for myself, but I have a phobia about driving.
They’re friendly and helpful, but the pricing is a bit high (for service, don’t know about sales). They do match competitors’ coupons/promotions, I’ve brought promo materials from other Toyota dealerships and they’ve always honored them. Would be 5 stars if it were not for the pricing. It is somewhat inconvenient to remember to bring in promotional material in order not to overpay.

Great Service, bad sales. Up 135% KBB trade offer sale but will only give you same as if it were a regular day, which is less than what the car is actually worth on KBB. I specifically asked what I would get before making an appointment but still made me go in to tell me id get less than what my trade is actually worth.

The most STRESSFUL car shopping Ive ever had. The salesperson was HORRIBLE! She lied to me and was incredibly unhelpful. I wanted to lease a car. I asked if the car came with a remote started, she said you can get one cheap on Groupon I knew that this could void the lease. I also told her that I wanted a car with leather she said you can have it installed here I dont think she knew that the Limited model came with leather. She also tried to talk me into LoJack. The car comes with Safety Connect free for 3 years (which is the length of the lease) if the car breaks down, or if there is a medical emergency you press the SOS button, like Onstar.Or if the car is stolen the police can locate it through the GPS. Ive bought a car from Harr in the past, but the best experience Ive had was at Westborough Toyota.
If only 0 stars were an option. Expressed interest in a car they were advertising online. Got a call the next day insisting that I make an appointment rather than just stopping by so that they can have the car ready (its over an hour from where I live). Made the appointment, showed up on time, car was on the lift. Technician had the day off and none of the sales team knew what was being fixed on the car or how long it would take. I was told that they would contact me when it was done. Never heard back from them. Terrible experience & total waste of a day.
Seriously, I hate leaving a negative review so I wont. The only thing that I will say is that Hate Ford has a reputation for getting anyone and everyone into a vehicle of their choosing. They just DONT tell you the high price youll have to pay for doing so.

This was a terrible experience, I was hustled into a table and forced to give information. After they finally found the vehicle I took it for a test drive. Before I was able to negotiate for the vehicle the sales manager enlightened me with additional fees that were not included in the cost of the auto. The hustle to extort additional monies didnt work.I wslked out.

Not thrilled with my visit so far, I had an appointment for 1:30 and I was told my service should take less than an hour I have now been here almost 2 and and was told it will be another hour or so. The price also jumped up about $150! I was told I shouldnt have been quoted a price in the first place. Ok service person just came and told me she got the part for less than what I was quoted and because I was quoted a price and I am not happy about the price change they are working to get the price down for me using coupons. I doubt it will go down the amount I would like but I will need my car so at least they are working with me.

Go there to fix a small crack in my taillight. Have to buy a whole new one. Go home and the back light doesn’t even work. Get pulled over the next day. Had the small crack for months and didn’t get pulled over. Thanks for making my car worse. Gone there a dozen times and no one there to get coupon to panera. Get my radio/gps fixed and they took my kids dvd.

I never leave negative reviews but my experience was so bad I felt obligated to do so for the first time.On 4/4/2018 I bought a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee from HARR. I wanted to add a back up camera so on sat 4/7, as I was getting a sticker, I inquired about getting a back up camera added. I got a price for parts and install but needed a price on having the bezel painted. Service and parts dept said paint dept was closed but service would call me back Monday with a price. I never got a call back Monday 4/9 so I called them and spoke to service dept, after I left a message with no reply earlier that day, and they said they would call me back that day with the price. No call back again. On Tuesday I called the parts manager that gave me the price for parts and install and explained I still received no price for painting bezel. He said they were busy but would get me a price and call back today so I could reschedule the appointment they made for 4/13. Still no call back. Apparently they only care about sales and NOT service. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HARR AGAIN! Service after the sale was terrible! If I could give zero stars I would. To boot I found same vehicle with less miles with more options, back up camera and power seats included, for 1800.00 less. My mistake I should have shopped around more before buying this at the perfect harr price! Also the oil change sticker read 57000 miles on the window sticker but truck had 61000 miles so I inquired if oil change was done or due. They said Oh they must have forgot to change the sticker but I will check. Forgot to change the sticker? More like forgot to change the oil! Dont think there were 4000 miles added for test drives in less than 3 months. Surprise surprise no call backs a week later. If you want good service after the sale shop around. Not to mention I could get the same camera kit from the same distributor for 70.00 less but was told there would be no warranty if I did. Why can I get the same camera from the same distributor cheaper than a dealership? STRANGE! I will be calling to talk to a manager tomorrow if they can find one. NOT WAITING FOR ANOTHER CALL BACK

Ok this place is the BEST we are on on 2nd lease here. Always so friendly . We wanted to get another lease and they made it so easy they got us at the price we wanted and had the color we wanted. Stopped at westborough Toyota to see what the price difference was they could not match it and did not have our color and actually stated they didnt want the hassle of finding it either ! Very poor service im my book !! So we went back to Harr dealt with Danielle and Nano was super amazing even took a selfie for his book of us !! Give Haar a shot they are the BEST very patient, and work hard to get you where you need to be !! Will never do business here again. Everytime I brought a vehicle here, I always was told that something else needed to be fixed. Always seemed to get it back in worse condition, then when I brought it. Way over charged for an O2 sensor, and a lower ball joint. Almost $750. When I had the new parts with the truck. They tried charging my $5200 to fix my transmission. That was the last straw. Every other garage around told me $2000 to $3000. So I went to Interstate Transmission where I only paid $2000. When I went to get my truck from HARR to bring to Interstate, my battery was dead. The mechanics dont know what they are doing and the company is full of crooks. You will bring your vehicle in for an oil change and they will tell you that your stabilizers need to be replaced. They always seem to find something a lot more expensive wrong. If not, you will drive home and something will break with in a week. They like to loosen bolts or unplug sensors, just so you bring it back and they can make up the problem. All they care about Id money. There are better mom and pop shops that actually want to hold a good reputation and care for the customers property.
Bait and switch. Advertised as car loan going by the name loan express. The woman called and even confirmed my loan. Got there and they sell cars. its really harr toyota, and they have a separate little building on Millbrook st that does their financing. I said i thought I was coming for a car loan, and the guy that works there crinkled up his face and said in a nasty voice, we arent a loan company. Omg, whackjobs!

Lets just say I had to bring one car back after sales person screened at my insurance and hung up three times the car kept stalling and the 90 days I had it it was with them 46 days. The second car they sold me it took over a week to get the title.

Youre better off with a used car dealer, because you find out in the first few weeks how they conned you, opposed to Harr where you find out everytime you try to use a service plan, or when your lease ends and they get another $400 for not buying another car from them .
