Awesome selection of Funko-Pops. Sales representative was very friendly & knowledgeable. Overall appearance of the store was awesome. Clean & shelves were fully stocked. I purchased my Gamer Rick there.

Great little location. Not as well stocked as other stores right about now, but a couple days before Christmas, what do you expect?Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and nice. Its not my local store, but Id be likely to stop in again just for the helpful staff.

Gamestop itself not great. Prices are higher than online and big box stores. However you can get random nerdy stuff without waiting. The staff is great. Its nice to have people who know what youre talking about.

I was standing in one place for a little bit and a staff member approached me and asked if I knew what I was looking for. I said I didnt, so he asked what consoles I have. I told him and he listed the most popular and newest (in the case of my active consoles) games. The staff is overall very helpful and feel happy to be there, and make me feel the same. The only thing is they push up sells a little much.

Will forever buy my ps4 and switch games from here! Benjamin and Dot are just amazing employees and its cool to hear a warm welcome when I step in, the deals that happen every other month are just too good for me not to miss😄

Stopped in here recently for a Christmas present for my nephew. The store is laid out in an easy-to-navigate fashion, and it wasnt crowded when I went. I had stopped going to Gamestop because of the high-pressure sales tactics some of them use, but these were nowhere in evidence on my most recent visit, I may stop by more often.

From my experience, I had a decent amount of customer service given to me. They greeted me as I came in and asked if I needed any help finding anything, but I love to browse so I usually decline. The line is usually not too bad, Im always in and out in about 10-20 mins.

Space is hard to navigate (I accidentally walked behind the counter when I first walked in) and the staff can get a bit pushy, but overall customer service was great. It gets the job done.

A good place to get games, but not a great one. A lot of their deals are only okay, and dont even bother trying to trade stuff in here.

My experience with this GameStop is HORRIBLE! There were TWO FAT HISPANICS one was talking to her friend and the other was with listening or dancing with the stars in his head. From the moment I walked in they didnt even bother to great me, she was too busy talking to the third fat jerk there, may. When I finally made my purchased, the third guy who I dont believe is an employee made a comment in Spanish indicating that they should look at the person they were taking care of me and they all laughed! The thing that pisses me off is I speak Spanish and they didnt know. I am a transgender person and this is the SECOND time this had happened to me at this store. I promise you if I go there again and if there is another incident I will make a scene! If you cant train your employees then theres an issue!

This happened about 3 times now. I go to this Game Stop I try to buy games for 40$ and they give me broken games that are unreadable. It is stupid and never going to this gamestop again.

Terrible customer service. Went in person with a request. Told it would be done that day, called every other day after to check on the status and still never got done. I will not return to this gamestop.
