Slightly dirty, and the donuts are not fresh. If youre looking for something local that is equivalent to dunkin, this is your place. I wanted to try it once just to get an idea for what the vibe was. Dont go looking for top notch quality here!

Went in there this morning. They have a huge sign behind the counter that very clearly states. NO MASK NO SERVICE!! Being a rule follower I wore my mask,as a I watched three customers walk in, one of them a female Worcster police officer in uniform with no mask??? Take the sign down if you are not going to enforce Worcesters mask mandate! Very confusing!!! 9/25/2021

Their coffee is amazing but only problem I have is sometimes to donuts arent cooked completely, like they could use like 15 more secs in the frier

Fantastic coffee and pastries. Its my daily spot for coffee, and I wouldnt have it any other way. They know my coffee and are already making it when I walk in the door. You cant get better service or product!

Three coffees I asked for I was told they had none. Then I had to explain how to make the coffee i finally got. All of the ones i asked about are on menu btw. Flies all over food. Decorations from two holidays ago. Very dirty. Coffee tasted like water and cinnamon.

Stop by this place this morning and was welcomed by a rat running across the floor in front of me. When I told the manager, I was told to place my order or leave. I said what about the rat and was asked to leave. Very rude and unprofessional. My advice dont waste your time or money. Go to Dunkin Donuts buy American!!

Ive never seen so many flavors for anything really. 30+ choices to flavor your coffee with. I had some iced coffee and a blueberry muffin and both were delicious. Cheaper prices than other big coffee chains and some tables inside if you want to relax while drinking your coffee. Friendly and quick staff.

I love the coffee at this shop. They have a lot of flavors and it’s a relatively light/medium flavored coffee. I usually get almond joy iced coffee and have yet to get sick of it. Otherwise they have some pastries, doughnuts, etc. they also have a couple tables but it’s a small place.

Good coffee! Small parking lot but has quick turnaround. Line can get long sometimes but it moves quickly. Cant really go wrong with any flavor. Baked goods are good quality.

Disgusting. super dirty especially during covid! Flies all over the donuts and when i told the employee she truly shooed them away with her hand and shrugged her shoulders. definitely won’t be going back

Staff remembers your order and great you as you walk in with your coffee already ready. They are kind and quick and make you feel very welcome! Love this place. Bagels are great. Candy flavored coffee is so good. Gives an extra boost of sugar with your caffeine haha

I used to love this place- but not anymore. Way overpriced and the ice coffee is never cold- just room temperature; and the last hot coffee i got there was barely luke warm. Very disappointed. Dont waste your money.

Boston Donuts is always a highlight of my day. The coffee is strong and the employees are fast and friendly! I recommend either the sticky bun flavor or the Reeses flavor.

Better than dunkin donuts and Starbucks. Their coffee flavors are unique and different from all the shops I know. Its cheap and delicious. The food is actually made versus a frozen egg being thrown in the microwave like dunkin donuts.

Good coffee and OK donuts. The donuts at 1pm seemed like they had been out all day. Also, if you want a sandwich, they stop serving them around lunchtime.

Great donuts have all different coffee flavors to satisfy any coffee lover I see alot of cops go their so I would not recommend it to anyone else who has warrants. But food is delicious and Id go back again

The two older woman charge you more and they both are pretty bad at making coffee....the younger of the two will even mess up your coffee and try to convince you it was you that spoke wrong.... Boston Donuts makes Dunkin and Starbucks seem like elementary school quality food and coffees. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are on another level. Which is probably why theyre always packed with customers. The only thing i dont like is the extra $1.50 charge for specialty flavored coffees. $3.50 for a medium Snickers iced coffee. Seems a little pricey for some flavored syrup. And last, my girlfriend goes CRAZY for the Sugar Raised donuts. She says they are the best donuts shes ever had.

First off the place is very dirty. They need a serious overhaul. With both cleaning and employee wise. They do not care about the customers one bit nor do they care to get the orders right. I work in the food industry and I understand its stressful and thankless some times, but this is ridiculous. They just flat out dont care. I have given this place so many chances and I wont be returning and will be making sure to worn the people around me.
