What an absolute gem of a consignment shop! I have been here about five times now, and have been so pleased by the variety of items in this shop. Adorable hats, amazing seasonal items, lovely fancy dresses for special occasions, designer goods and rare items. How can you go wrong?? This is a consignment shop so don’t expect thrift store prices, but also expect higher quality items that you won’t be able to find elsewhere. Make sure to look on the walls! The owner is passionate about fashion and seems to have built solid relationships with collectors and sellers in and around Worcester. I love this little shop and it’s many treasures, and I recommend anyone who loves consignment to visit!

Beauty! Pretty small, yes, but the owner is quite a nice lady. Found meself a beautiful Patagonian summer hat for my Mother’s Day present there, and the lady at the counter was kind enough to hold it for me until I came back. Good service-the name as good as says it all!

Owner of the store was very aggressive and pushy. She asked if I wanted to try something on I told her it wasnt my size. She proceeded to try to sell the item to my 13 year old daughter. When we were ready to leave she tried to sell us other items. When we were looking at jewelry she rudely grabbed items she didnt want my daughter to touch

I love stopping by Modern Muse whenever I have free time. Whether I am browsing or actively looking for something specific, its such a nice, calm, curated escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Maria has a great eye, having much experience in the retail industry, and her shop is filled with one-of-a-kind treasures that have the potential to become the statement piece of your wardrobe. A special place that the Worcester community would be less beautiful without.

Great store ! The women working there was great! So helpful! When we wanted to buy something no price? She called the owner and explained what we wanted. The owner was working her other job and couldnt be bothered. She said the hats we wanted were not for sale and hung up the phone.The sales women was trying to hide what happened, was embarrassed and was sorry. We wanted hats for the Kentucky Derby party and found great ones and more. Probably 80$ worth and the owner does not care.I recommend grime . They had a lot of great stuff just not the hats we were looking for.The owner should sell the business to the sales lady cuz she wanted to help us and sell great business educate!

Popped in here yesterday while waiting for a doctors appointment. Im really glad I did! I walked out with amazing jeans, a new dress, and a couple other items. The owner and her staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Small but really great selection of clothing at good prices. A classic little consignment shop! Reminded me of the cute ones you use to be able to find in Portland, Maine.

Modern Muse is a great consignment shop. Lots of great current and vintage pieces can be found. The owner and employees go out of there way to assist you in any way they can. I have had nothing but a great experience any time I have shopped there. Stop in often, as the stock is frequently refreshed. I bought a pair of unique boots there for a steal and wore them ten times more than my new ones from Nordstrom because they are so different.
