Empire loan opens before everyone else.and exactly when they say there going to open.nit 10 or 15 mins late like some of the other guys.i am grateful for that.employees are very knowledgeable and friendly .and most of all I get top dollar for my gold and electronics.i was shocked at how much I received today for my jewelry. They do not take advantage. Thank you for being so trustworthy and reliable.

Very nice and informative employees. I had some valuables stolen out of my car, I called this shop just ask a few questions on the process of pawning and stolen items. The gentleman I spoke with took the time to explain in detail on what I should do from here. I dont typically do business with pawn shops (no reason why) but if I ever find myself needing to I will 100% go to Empire first just based on my one phone call with this very courteous employee.

I went in to have a necklace appraised and asked for price of pawn loan vs price value to sell and surprisingly got good averages. If pawing most shops will offer from 50% to 75% with variable factors to consider and they are around 70-72% which is good if you consider travel and shop overhead and security. Typically its a 4 month loan where the interest goes up every month the total isnt paid.People who dont deal with loans like this dont like what they hear when they first look into pawing items, they hear (its worth $2000.00 in melt weight and think thats what theyre gonna get. You can only get what people are willing to spend, yes there are guidelines and rules but anything you sell is only as valuable as the want or needs of others. Other stores will say (look Ill take it off your hands for 600.00) they tell you its just gonna sit there till someone buys which is true and they have to pay bills and employees too right.Their offering prices are at least average to above average for gold melt weight and thats the best or close to it as youll get and if you pay off your loan in the first month or two its gonna make interest less painful.Staff was focused and security wasnt intrusive, they were professional and willing to give you all your options without having to dig for it which was very nice. For being a fist time visitor they gave a good first impression.Yes I definitely would recommend to others and family.

Great experience...A pawnshop is not a retail outlet, and they dont operate like Ebay. Even if your item is brand new in the box you arent getting anywhere close to retail for it. So keep that in mind when you head out to one of these places looking to gather up some quick cash. I read some of the other reviews that were giving these guys one star, but the good reviews out numbered the bad ones by a long shot so I figured Id give them a shot. If I didnt like the terms Im free to look elsewhere. With that being said the guys here loaned me the amount I was looking to borrow without a problem, and they did it without needing everything I had brought with me. I showed them what I had, and told them how much I was looking to borrow, and they gave me what I needed without me having to hand over all of the items. I feel that I was treated more than fair, and theyve earned my business from here on out for sure. If you need a loan, and you have something of value Id recommend these guys in a heartbeat

If it was possible- I’d give give no stars.This was THE WORST experience ever. I bought a laptop and it was dead- so I couldn’t turn it on. It was busy and the guy gave me attitude about plugging it in so I assumed everything would be fine. I get home and the keypad is all messed up. I reset it and did everything! All using an external keypad and nothing. I go back - the same guy who sold it to me. Gives me complete attitude and accuses me of spilling something. In effort to be kind I asked if maybe I could just trade the computer- he then refuses to sell me another one. I’ll never come backs to buy or sell. Completely rude and a waste of my time.

First off I want to start with the five stars that Im giving Empire Loan Brian and his staff could not be enough, they deserve much more! than five stars. Seller beware they will offer you way less than what your item is actually worth. They tell you one price over the phone and when you get there its way less than what they told you over the phone. Unless you want to get taken advantage i would recommend any place but this one.

I’ve been going to this location for the past few months to sell some things and to shop since it’s a legit treasure trove of items and always something new! I have had one good experience after another. I especially enjoy dealing with Brian, he is extremely fair and his knowledge reaches beyond the spectrum of anything you might expect from a “pawn” shop! Honestly all of the employees are friendly & seem to actually enjoy what they’re doing...it’s not the usual feeling of “bothering someone” they are happy to help whether the items you bring in are of high value or not which is pretty rare. Whoever is in charge is obviously doing something right! If you have something you want to sell or get a quick loan but feel intimidated with the idea of going to a Pawn Shop this is definitely the place to go!

Nothing there to speak of. Horrible selection of silver . No womens watches. Nothing in terms of jewelry, looked like a yard sale . I guess if you are pawing and they are paying the highest price you might give it a go but if you are looking to buy forget about it.

I was very disappointed by this place. I work nearby, and drove past this place all the time. My partner and I had been shopping for rings for ages and hadnt found anything, so on a whim I decided to stop here during my lunch break. I was surprised at the quality and quantity of the jewelry in the case, and found a very unique ring that I fell in love with. I felt the price was fair, and the gentlemen who helped me were very nice.They told me it would take a month to have it resized, which seemed long to me, but I dont know much about jewelry so I agreed. Well, a month later I call up and oh, they forgot to send it out so its still sitting in the shop! Mind you, this is an engagement ring, so its kind of a big deal! The man I spoke to offered to refund me the $50 I paid for them to resize the ring, or they would put a rush on it which would still take TWO WEEKS!I picked up the ring and took it somewhere else where they can do a two day rush, or their average turnaround time which is a week. I love the ring, and its beautiful, but having to wait for a month and then having to take it somewhere else and wait even longer is obscene and they should be ashamed of themselves. I had been talking to my partner about buying our bands there as well, but clearly that isnt going to happen now. They refunded me the $50 for the work they never did, but what about all the time that I wasted waiting for my ring? The time I wasted where I couldnt get engaged because of these people? Just disgusting.
