The staff is great

Always excellent to work with the representatives at the counter. They have a good knowledge of electrical trade names and can usually figure out what somebody is talking about if theyre not electrically inclined.

They had what I needed. Helpful. Called one location, sent me to this one, which was closer, for the in-stock item. (An accessory relay for a Kidde interconnect fire system.)

I was in and out promptly to the next job.
