Bought wallpaper sales girl was excellent helping me. Although I had to buy another double roll a few weeks later because I didnt have enough when I got the other roll it was $30 more thanthe 1st exact one. Apparently it was order wrong and they charged me $20 more for the wallpaper and $10 for shipping. So needless to say done shopping there

Horrible customer service from some kid. Opened at 10:05. Not the problem but I stood at the counter with 3 other people behind me waiting. No eye contact at all. He starting shaking a can up, fooled with the registers, started counting money while we’re all standing there. No “good morning” No “I’ll be right with you”. It was like we weren’t even standing there. There is still such a thing as customer service! I left and won’t go there again. A waste of 1 hr!

The young man I worked with at SW was incredibly knowledgeable about colors, combinations, paining techniques, equipment. He was super personable, fun to work with, quick and efficient and, best of all, the colors he recommended for our kitchen cabinets were KILLER cool and the place looks incredible. He was also quick to find me coupon discounts. No sales pressure, just pure and simple service. I will ALWAYS go to SW for my painting needs.

I will return here for all of my painting needs. I was greeted with a smile from a sales associate you could tell really likes his job. It didnt appear that its just a job to him. He really cares about what the customer wants to do and what is needed to do the job. He had knowledge of the product. Didnt hesitate with his answers of why I should choose this product over another product. He gave me honest genuine answers. Was a nice experience. I have not ever been to the location before. And he took the time to help me to my vehicle with my product. This associate I feel is a valuable assest to Sherwin Williams Keep up the great job!!!

I would recommend that they look for the sales. When they go to the store make sure the person behind the counter is knowledgeable. My initial visit had a young male clerk who had surprisingly little knowledge of your paint products. He had no clue of the light reflective rating on the back on the paint chips. The young lady that waited on us at our second visit was extremely knowledgeable. We bought over $200 worth of paint from her.
