Try FEL-TECH and this is why. After being LIED TO by several rebuild shops in New Jersey that screwed my company. After well over 132,000.00 in repairs on several hammers, I decided enough was enough. We found out that these 5 New Jersey companies are actually all operated by the same family. HOW CAN EVERY HAMMER COMPANY DOWN THERE ALL HAVE THE SAME LAST NAME OF FRANK?. WHY DONT THEY EVEN ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS? I found FEL-TECH Hammer Division on google and had a very long conversation with the owner. The owner invited me to their shop and it was amazing. We delivered 3 hammers to their shop and all the parts were in stock !! Our hammers were tested in their test stand. They even gave me back all the old parts that these New Jersey gypsies said they changed. With over 35 years in business we are very excited to finally find a great hydraulic hammer company. If you have never been to FEL-TECH Hammer Division, it’s truly an experience that every contractor will enjoy. They gave me a tour of the facility and I must say that I have never seen so many rebuilt hydraulic hammers, parts and tools for the hydraulic hammers. While I was there they were testing a rather large hammer in their test center and this was a treat to watch. The test center was a little intimidating in size and sound but, a treat to watch. I was treated like a very large contractor and the part that I needed badly, was in stock. I think the great company is amazing and the equipment and parts were fantastic. YOU SAVED OUR PROJECT. I wanted to thank the crew at FEL-TECH Hammer Division for their work and customer care last week. After spending over 10 days looking for the valve for my hammer I was shocked that you had this in stock when the OEM said it was out of production. As you know i spent $55,000.00 on my hammer. As I told you, the supplier in New jersey never told me that parts were not made or stocked anymore for my hammer but sold me the hammer anyway..Jesse and Frank, thank you. I know Jesse used his lunch time to package this and get it ready to ship. Also, Jesse you took the time after work to drop it off at the FEDEX location.You foreman in the shop was fantastic.and explained how to check for the proper clearance in the valve. I was shocked when the valve was sent out overnight when I told Frank that my credit card was at a different site and i would have to get it the next day.Customer service still exist at least at FEL-TECH. We finished the bridge demo and literally avoided over $50,000.00 in fines. Three cheers for a fantastic crew at FEL-TECH.

Had problems with getting my parts on time, and new parts that worked. Frank then sent me a tested port, and it works well. All worked out in the end.
