The drive on my mower wasnt working. He said it would take a couple weeks. Two months later he still didnt have the parts needed. I finally got tired of waiting and took it home. He charged me 60 dollars for doing absolutely nothing! He said it was because they had to take it apart and put it back together.

I had to replace my snow blower, they were very helpful and were able to deliver it the following day ready for use.

I recently bought my new Husqvarna ride on mower here at Caola. The interaction was fantastic. The whole team is courteous and very knowledgeable. They took their time explaining all the different options and helped me find the best mower for my needs. Never did they try to up sell me. They delivered the mower when promised, they called the day before with the time frame and it came to me in perfect running condition. Its nice to get great customer service, great price and friendly people. I highly recommend Caola and I thank them for a great experience.

Our snow blower died on the very first snowstorm this year and it was too old to fix. I researched some snow blowers (reviews and prices) online and then headed over to a local place, Caolas, that my husband had heard good things about. It was already December, after getting some decent snow, and this place not only had a number of snow blowers in stock but was also still running a sale ($200 off the price I found listed everywhere else). We bought it and were able to schedule delivery for drop off within the following week. They also took our old snow blower away. Great little business!

They have equipment for all size lawns as well as your gas or cordless hand tools. Such as trimmers and blowers. They service what they sell. It is a popular place so appointments may take awhile. They will pick up your mower or snowblower for a fee. Always have been satisfied.

I cant say enough great things about Caola and their service over the past few years. I bought a rear-engine lawn mower and snowblower from them. They pick up, store and service my machines in the off season which is a great service especially since the field mice used to do a number on my previous machines.I recently moved out of state and decided to donate my machines to Veterans Inc. Not only did Caola pick up my lawn mower, they serviced both machines and are delivering to Veterans Inc free of charge. That is above and beyond and totally unexpected. They are a great company, I highly recommend them for your yard tools and machine.

Best Equipment Dealer in Worcester County. I buy all my home equipment here and use them for all my service needs. Ive dealt with these guys for over 20 years. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. You can call them anytime and ask questions. If you have any issues with your purchase they will actually send someone out to your house to correct any problems. They have actually done that for me. Try getting that type of service from Home Depot or Lowes... These guys really know and understand their products and offer great advice.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable. They offer many options and helped me decide what are the best ones for me. High quality machines with better engines. Shout out to Richard Adams who delivered my riding lawnmower. He was very patient and curtious with his time. My wife wasnt home and he waited an extra 10 mins for her to arrive. He also gave her a lesson in how to use the machine. After talking with her, she said he made sure she was completely all set with the machine. We even learned that my machine has cruise control, an extra feature I didnt even know about.

I went to get a part for my snow blower and was greeted with What do you want? like as if i was a kid with no money going in asking for something.Told them the part number of the item i needed and they had to special order the part, told me it will take a week or two and they will call me when it is here.Waited for 2 weeks and called back asking if they had it yet and they said they dont have it yet, left and ordered it from Arien and when the part came in I called Caola to cancel my order, they then told me that the part came in a month ago.... and couldnt return it since it is a special ordered part. so i didnt even bother going back and getting it. They even bother to look if they had it come in.

I recently purchased a belt for one of my Toro commercial Proline mowers. I paid $80.13. I walked outside to my vehicle. My father was with me and said, we may have a used one of those at home. Having not left the store parking lot, I returned the belt to Paul. The transaction was fine. I got a voided slip and went about my day. The following week I noticed no credit for the charge on my debit card. I went into Caolas today to address the issue. I was told I was never charged and to call my bank. I then called the bank. The bank advised me that I was INDEED charged and they wanted to speak to the accounting department. I walked into the store to hand the phone to Paul. He was annoyed, rude, and inconsiderate. He called down the accountant and said, would you help this kid, hes making a damn circus out of $80 bucks... get it settled and be done with it. Just get him outta here. He not only was unable to provide reasonable customer service. I run a small business and apparently my money is a joke. He proceeded to say, look kid, I had a guy have an $800 mistake, so were talking small change. My father in law recently had a stroke. My boss died at 54 years age and I started this company as a result. Im a home owner with a mortgage/student loans/and the like. I am educated, polite, and understand how to do business. I attended St. Johns for high school, Lasell for college, and the Boylston Police Academy. This place will never get another dime from myself, family, or friends. The TD bank representative was talked down upon with statements like, she doesnt know what the shes doing... etc. The bank is working my dispute and I will have my money back within a week. Maybe next time Paul, treat your customers with respect. Belts are 1/2 price on eBay anyhow. No need for dinosaur middle men like caolas.

Asked to have my lawn mower looked at, it wasnt turning over. I called them after (5) days looking for a status and they said they opened it up and they couldnt find the part for it. They asked me if I still wanted it since it didnt work anymore, which I said I did. When I picked it up, nothing had been removed for them to look at. I found out someone down the street knew how to fix mowers and he repaired it within (15) minutes. Dont waste your time with these liars and thieves.

My 4th stop, trying to track down a belt for an old air compressor. They had it. My day is saved.

Horrible experience.I broke my key and needed to get a new one made. Apparently they dont do that. They were really rude about the situation and basically rushed to get me out the door. I honestly went in calm and left feeling worse than when my key broke. Went back again, thinking maybe they were just in a bad mood the first time, to ask if they could make copies with cute designs for car keys... But once again, was treated very rudely. Never going there again.
