Originally I was very happy with the service I received at Patrick. However when signing paperwork there was some confusion as to whether or not the shop was doing inspection stickers. I was charged the $35 for them to do the inspection only to find out they arent doing them at the moment because of covid or something. Ive contacted them now 3 times over the past month and have yet to hear back about getting my refund. I understand its only $35 but if they are doing this to every vehicle purchased how much extra are they pocketing from charging a service they literally cant offer at the moment?
So I bought my car at Patrick Mazda which was a great experience, but then I moved and serviced my car at a different Mazda and they totally messed something up and I went back and they kind of brushed it off, so this time I went to Patrick Mazda and they sent me a video and found everything that was wrong and it even had been dangerous for me to be driving around with the way the last place left me. I’m so relieved I followed my gut and didn’t go back there and now my car is safe and back to normal! I will definitely only go to this Mazda from now on!

Bought new car which was a super easy no pressure situation. Kendall was more then accommodating and very easy to work with. Also dropped my other car off for service and the service department was very polite. Straight to then point of what needed to be done, what could be done and what service I could wait on and then let me make the decision. Had my service done same day and was detailed to perfection. Great experience all around and would definitely return for a future vehicle.

They quoted me over the phone for a tcm install and program, and when I went in they didn’t charge me a dime more than they said they would. In and out quicker than they said I would be. First, I’m a busy person, just like everyone else, and this morning was no different and instead of scheduling my oil change like I should have, I just drove into the dealership early thinking that it shouldn’t be a problem to get me in. I could easily rationalize that I am the customer and say that I didn’t have a lot of time and that my schedule was tight, and I just needed to get this done so off I went to Patrick Mazda.I was greeted by the Service Advisor, Joel Marrast, and he began to explain to me that they were booked up this morning and it would be very difficult to get me in, but he’d be happy to schedule me for another time. I was extremely irritated and pressed for time and upset with myself for not doing what I know I should have done, which was schedule the oil change. Joel said that maybe he could get me in at 9AM, so I told Joel that I would wait. I want to say that throughout this time I was very irritated and difficult to work with and even though I was not the most pleasant person to be around, Joel was professional and did his best to accommodate me as soon as he was able to. After a short while Joel came to the waiting area and told me that he was able to rearrange some things and was going to be able to get me in for service.So let me tell you about the service. As you can probably imagine, I’m a “picky” person and I have now been to Patrick Mazda a few times and the service has always been fast, and top notch! One of the things that I find fascinating is that you also get a video of all the work that is being performed on your vehicle along with explanations about what the service technician is doing. How awesome is that! Cool right!? I don’t know how popular that is, but I have never received that from any other dealership. My car was taken care of perfectly and they even washed it for me.I know that it’s always great to read reviews and hear about when things go exactly as planned, but I always find that the reviews that are the most valuable to me are the ones when things don’t go as planned and how a business responds to that. In this case, Patrick Mazda, and more specifically Joel, did a great job in dealing with a rash customer that did not plan accordingly. Thank you, Joel, and thank you Patrick Mazda for dealing with my craziness! I’ll be back again for your amazing service and next time I’ll plan and schedule accordingly.
Service provided at Patrick’s Mazda was prompt and excellent. Had an issue with the driver’s side mirror not opening and closing when car was locked and unlocked. Patrick’s was able to see me immediately when other dealerships had an extended wait. Will definitely continue to have vehicle serviced there!!

Experience through the sales process was fantastic, great attention and patience from the sales team. My first service trip in with the car found the service team to be very good. The only glitch was my details around the warranty and coverage that I purchased when I got the vehicle had not been transferred over to the service team. This caused confusion about whether I would be paying or not for my service. The service team did sort it out (they were great!) after I told them that the policy numbers were written on the document holder in the glove box. Maybe my expectation is wrong that the service department of the dealership where I purchased the vehicle would have a full picture of the warranties that I bought, but it seems like it should. I can see that Patrick Mazda is trying hard to be a premier dealership, ensuring that the experience transfers all the way through from sales to service would get them that rating.
Love my new Mazda CX 5! I was offered a very fair trade in without any hassles. There were some issues involving the out-of-state registration process, yet in the end Patrick Mazda saw to my satisfaction. The dealership has an impressive, clean and inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be visiting for all future service needs.
The buying process went well, with friendly sales people and fair prices. When I was driving the used car home, I was a fair distance away when the car dashboard started flashing error messages and decelerated. I was on a highway so this was very scary. I was able to pull over and call the dealership. They suggested I drive back to get a loaner car while they fixed the issue. It turned out to be a known issue with that model so I am curious why it wasnt handled before they sold it. They were very accommodating about it and drove the fixed car to my house with a full tank of gas, but I lost a couple hours that day and was very shaken by the experience.
Everything was fantastic except the wait time and the car wash It took 2 and a hf hours to do an oil change and update my computer. They gave me a complimentary car wash, but you couldnt tell it had been washed. Other than that the facility was super clean. They also sent me a video of the inspection of my tires and brakes. Very well put together.
Firstly, their amazing new premises are very inviting and top notch, but more than this was the extent to which they went to help me out. The service I received was first class. I have been a loyal mazda customer for years and they reinforce this through the way they treat their customers. I wish them every success for the future as they are so deserving of it.
Patrick Mazda had in stock a difficult to find new car that I had chosen for my 18-year-old son. Mazda specialist Nick Plouffe was quite professional and helpful throughout the whole process. When picking up the car, Nick spent quite a bit time going over the features with my son, who really needed this extensive review as he is an inexperienced driver and this is his first car. All staff were very professional and knowledgeable yet the process was entirely stress-free. They also have a beautiful new facility. I would highly recommend this dealership.
We are so pleased with our new vehicle and the smooth transaction with Patrick Mazda! We wanted a new CX-5 in a particular color and Bob Fuqua did all that he could to find us the car that we wanted! Bob is easy to work with and we did not feel pressured to purchase anything that we werent comfortable with, as he is very authentic. Bob also made the negotiating process seamless. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and was easily able to answer all of our questions. While it is quite the feat to secure a particular vehicle in the current market, he and the team were able to get us what we wanted and make sure we picked it up in beautiful condition, and within our price range. The new building is stunning, and the inventory for all CX30 models is plentiful. Nick, the sales representative, and Dave, the manager, were both professional and courteous. I couldnt decide if I should go with Mazda or one of the other highly rated brands. I thought that if the Patrick company invested so much money in this new store, they must believe in Mazdas bright future. I purchased an in-stock CX30 that met all of my requirements.

Its been a week since I was at Patrick Mazda and I just wanted to take a quick second to post my appreciation for the staff. Like many may know (or not know), buying a car during a pandemic and amidst the global chip shortage means it is not like buying a car some years ago! I started researching what I wanted a few weeks ago and then every time I would find a potential match within a 100 mile radius or so, the one I was interested in would be sold before I could make a move! I visited three other dealers and made plenty of calls before I made my way to Patrick Mazda and I am vey happy that I ended up purchasing from them. The first dealer I visited was the high pressure type and also very awkward in that I could hear the sales consultant speaking about me to the manager, and then ultimately that manager kept berating him in front of the other staff and myself because he was inquiring about a vehicle that was already sold and that was wasting his time. This approach to leadership/management does not jive with my leadership style so they lost me as a customer. The next two dealers were nice, but ultimately were not very helpful and/or made a lot of empty promises. I thought the pricing at Patrick Mazda was fair, and I was very appreciative they were very accomodating of my schedule such that I came out 9/27/21 about 30 minutes to closing and was able to sign everything that night and then came back the next day to pick up the vehicle, and they picked me up from the Worcester train station so I didnt have to worry about any Lyft/Uber! Bob Fuqua the salesperson kept me in the loop that day in regards to the plates/registration and he was very professional and friendly. I am very pleased and relieved that I have the car I wanted for a fair price, and many thanks to the staff at Patrick Mazda for being so easy to work with!

Worst service i have been to. I came for an oil change and i also had a check engine light and i came out with check engine light as well. When I asked, I got the answer that they dont know because I already came with it. And they didnt check what was going on. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
This is the first Mazda I have owned but not the first time Ive bought from Patrick Motors. My first trip for service was a really good experience. They were able to schedule me quickly. The drop off and puck up in the new enclosed location in Auburn was really impressive. Within a short time I received a video link from the mechanic showing his evaluation of my car and his recommendations. Also very impressive. My car was ready within the time frame I requested. It was a smooth process, everyone was pleasant and professional. Im really pleased with Patrick Mazda!

At first, I was pleasently surprised with the Mazda sales team when we were discussing different possible options. However, once it came time to sign the papers, all communication was lost. Had to wait 3 weeks for the car to be registered and they did not even comply with paying for the inspection for the car! I had to get it inspected and pay for it myself, ridiculous. Please educate yourselves on who you talk to if you plan on going to this establishment!

I had excellent service at Partick Mazda. The staff are all friendly and polite. The waiting area is very comfortable. The service person texted me a video showing the areas of the car he was looking at and explained what was needing repair right away and what was coming up in the future. After I gave permisson to have the repair done it was performed quickly. I got the car back clean inside and out. Any questions I had were answered in a way I could easily understand. I have no complaints.

The salesman, Kendall, could not have been nicer. He was very patient with my wife and I as he explained the electronic systems over and over again. Ive brought my Mazda here for service a few times now, and have always worked with Joel as my service rep. Joel is patient and informative when answering my questions, and is very considerate (he always has the loaner car ready with the AC or heat on). He also isnt pushy if I decline additional services that he recommends. Lastly, I was surprised their complimentary car wash even cleaned my car mats! I havent experienced this before at other dealerships.These are all minor details, but they separate just good from excellent customer service in my opinion. Thank you guys!

After purchasing my MX-5 I decided I wanted the OEM appearance package installed. I decided to contact the dealer I purchased the car from. As background, the dealer I purchased the car from had messed up many things during the purchase of my car and during one of the calls the salesman had told me they would do something to make it up to me but never elaborated.After taking delivery, I brought up the fact that he mentioned that he would make it up to me but I wasnt sure what he meant. He told me to tell him how he could make it right so I asked for a discount on accessories. I figured that they could give me a small discount, maybe employee pricing, but all I got was Ill see what I can do. It took them 2 WEEKS with multiple calls/texts to simply get me a quote on the appearance package and I had to supply them with the part numbers. The quote was for 100% full MSRP on the parts and $700 in labor to install it. I decided to just call around a bit to see if I could get more competitive pricing.I called Patrick Mazda up yesterday to shop around a bit/ask for quotes on parts + labor. Not only were they able to get me a quote on the call in less than five minutes, they were able to overnight the parts in for the next day. I got a call this morning for the appointment, took my car in, and they installed it with no fuss AND they gave me a 15% discount on the parts too.While there, I worked with Joel Marrast (service manager). When I pulled up, he already knew who I was. After taking my car in he checked in on me periodically with status updates while I waited and was very friendly, professional, and courteous.The technician who worked on my car (sorry, I forgot his name D:) came out to show me the work he had done and he was great! He mentioned he had been working on Mazdas and MX-5s since the first one came out and it definitely showed. He was professional, helpful, and very nice.The waiting area was clean, had beverages, available WiFi, and an area to plug my laptop in so I could work while I waited. The people here are friendly and respectful. The technicians seem to know what theyre doing. I will be taking my car here for service going forward and I definitely recommend you do too!

This is one of those areas were one star is not nearly low enough. Nearly every bit of my experience with this dealership after agreeing to purchase the car was awful. I would never buy another car from any of the Patrick dealerships and actively advise everyone I know to stay away.

There are some elements to buying a car that can be painful, and the entire team helped make the process, by and large, very positive. Highly recommend.

I bought my Mazda CX-9 here and had a good experience with the salesperson who they laid off due to Covid-19 slower sales. Patrick Mazda includes 3 oil changes and car washes in the first 2 years. The first two service visits were fine on the 3rd they did not clean the interior of the car as they had on the other service visits. When I commented on the dirty interior, I was told “Oh, we only vacuum the drivers floor mat” They claimed that they never clean the interior. When I commented that the exterior was wet in several areas, I was told, “Oh, that will dry when you drive away.” I asked for someone to dry the car off and ultimately the representative did have someone come out to dry the car. I relayed to the representative that I was not happy that they didn’t clean the interior as they had in the past but he did nothing. I had never seen this individual before and had the impression that he was either new and/or that Patrick Mazda has lowered the level of services that they provide.
Bob made the car buying experience so easy. I was blown away how quick and painless the process was and I will definitely be referring my friends to Patrick Automotive.
