I requested a standard pickguard for a Gibson SG Custom. Upon receiving it the pickguard did not fit my Gibson SG Custom guitar. I requested a refund or credit for the pickguard and hoped Chandler could make a new one for me. Unfortunately, they refused to stand behind their product, told me that the picture on their website was sufficient to show they cut the pickguard correctly and refused any type of return, despite the fact that the pickguard has a sticker clearly stating that their policy is to take returns. I was told that returns are only possible if they make a mistake...well clearly they did make a mistake since the pickguard would not fit my standard issue Gibson SG Custom. Although all my communications were polite, their replies were curt and rude with no salutation, identification of who I was dealing with or apology for me being unsatisfied. I was told the following at the end: If you are not happy, please sell the item on Reverb or ebay. Buyer beware.
