We came in at 10:00 on a Sunday morning with a group of 6. There are 8 small tables in the restaurant and only 14 chairs, so seating was a bit of an issue. Additionally, of the ≈ 20 purported bagel varieties in the case, there were only 5 kinds with bagels actually in stock still. One guy in our group ordered a sesame bagel since that was one of the few available options, but by the time they got around to making his bagel he was informed that they had given out the rest of them and he needed to choose something else. All 5 of the non-decaf coffee varieties had run out. We waited in line for more than 20 minutes to order (there was a steady crowd but it was not packed) and for the members of our group who ordered breakfast sandwiches, it was an additional 30 minutes before their food was ready.Our bagels were ok, good but not great.

Update: Another visit, and another stellar experience. Food was good, customer service was great. Keep up the good work!First experience at a NYC Bagel shop, and this location is newly opened. I came with a friend who loves bagels, and he enjoyed his bagel sandwiches a lot. I am not a fan of bagels, so was happy to see that they do sandwiches too. I asked for a breakfast sandwich on bread and they were happy to accommodate me. My food was really good. Prices are reasonable. Place is new and clean. Staff was courteous and pleasant. We will definitely be back!Of note, there was not a single microwave in sight!

Just look at the photo from before and you will see the main issue. They have no bagels. In addition, they dont answer the phone and have no idea how to run a business. I went in on a Saturday morning at 9am and they have, and I counted, 19 bagels for purchase in 5 varieties. This is simply unacceptable for a bagel shop. And it appears that 3 days before my visit, they had about the same number of bagels and varieties available.Do not waste your time and go to this shop. Go to Einsteins down the street. They may be a bit slower, but they have bagels to sell.

I was very excited to try this place after spotting it from the street and checking out their website. Sadly it was a big letdown.They were out of nearly every kind of bagel by 10:00am on Sunday. I settled for my sixth or seventh choice: sesame. The bagel itself was unspectacular. It was fairly dry, and only the bottom half was buttered. I also ordered a coffee, only to find that 5 of 6 flavors were completely out. I had to go with regular decaf and watch as they failed to brew any more for 20+ minutes.Bagels and coffee are two pretty important components of a bagel shop.... They were woefully unprepared and understaffed. If the bagels tasted better, I’d give them another shot once they’ve been open a couple months and work out the kinks.The staff remained friendly and positive despite their drowning conditions, so credit to them.

A good local bagel shop. People had mentioned that their bagel selection was a little thin later in the morning but I havent had that issue the two times Ive gone. Both times the bagels & sandwiches were good & prices were fair. Well be back.

Greeted with a smile, even at 6am. Bagels were delicious. I ordered a dozen sliced with creame cheese..toasted at home. They were crisp outside and gooey inside. A nice change from the other local bakeries. Definitely give them a try.

Keep in mind this place is brand new, and they’re working out their kinks. They’re still waiting on getting in the ingredients for all bagels since this is their first week open. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bagels and cream cheese were some of the best I’ve had in a while.

Appreciated that they had an ingredient list for all of their bagels (it makes life much easier for my daughter with multiple food allergies). I enjoyed my garlic bagel, but my daughter said her blueberry bagel was flavorless. We went in on a Wednesday around noon and they had a complete selection of bagels (I had read previous postings with people complaining about a lack of bagels).

Breakfast sandwich was good. Recommend the bacon. Theyre still working out some kinks on operations but Im sure theyll get it. Friendly staff.

The roast beef and cheddar was mad decent. Bagel Chips were fresh and tasty. Haven’t tried the bagels yet but hopefully they resemble something close to NYC bagels.

Their egg bagels are phenomenal. We recommend getting the BLT on the egg bagel. So good!

I had a great experience here, the bagel sandwich I got was just as good as the one I had at Rockland bakery in New York. The staff were quick to respond and very decent 👌

I ordered the everything bagel with egg whites and bacon. It was fantastic!! The guys are super friendly, quick service. I’ll be back!!

Didn’t get to eat a bagel because the ones in this photo were ordered by the people in front of me in line. 11am on a Sunday. They’re open until 4pm so I guess I assumed they restocked? But doesn’t seem that way.
