Sugarbush is amazing! Highly recommend. I had a friend in that part of the country who experienced a loss and I wanted to be able to do something for her. The basket that was put together by Sugarbush was perfect. It wasnt just all chocolate and candy but there were fresh pieces of fruit and crackers and other snacks that really went a long way in helping my friend not have to think about feeding herself during such a hard time.I ordered that basket for same day delivery in less than 10 minutes. The gentleman on the phone took all my information the first time without me having to repeat myself once and it was all correct.I am very impressed and cant sing their praises enough!

Great customer service. Quick turnaround time. I called in an order from TX to be delivered the same day, locally in Columbus. I requested a swap in wine. The basket was delivered that day and my MIL was so happy and pleased by it. She didnt want to unwrap the basket because she said it was so pretty!

This local business is fantastic! Great customer service. I had questions about a basket I sent to my brother for his birthday. He sent me a picture and I was concerned that some of the items were not in the basket (he hadnt opened it yet). They were there but I was just not able to see them . There was one item that got missed. They sent that and a couple of additional items out to him the day I called.I will definitely use them again.

Great business! Today, I ventured in to the Shops at Worthington to the Sugarbush store. I googled gourmet food baskets and their site pulled up. As a Worthington resident, I live close by so I thought I would stop in to see their selection.The store is extremely clean and very inviting. Their baskets are displayed as well as many of the products included in the gift baskets.I was kindly greeted by the owner, Andy McCauley. Andy introduced himself and asked me how he could help. I shared that a friend of mine had surgery and I wanted to send them a basket. Andy pointed out various options and was super kind to stay in my budget. He was friendly and made my purchase easy.My gift basket needed to be delivered and Andy said it would go out the next morning. Little did I know, it was actually delivered later this sameevening. Such great service! Totally exceeded my expectations!I highly recommend this local establishment. Please seek them out for gifts!

I ordered online. It was super easy, fast, and efficient. They have a good variety of different items to suit various budgets and likes. I ordered a basket for a gift. My only suggestion would be to send a note or email when the basket has been shipped so the gift sender knows when it what shipped to the recipient. I will definitely use them again!

I recently visited during the farmers market and decided to stop in because it was a cute little store. I was very disappointed because the individual working the store kept following me around and, at one point, even had the security guard come in and was “joking” about how I and the person I was with seemed fishy. It was pretty obvious that this individual thought that I was stealing. Needless to say we will be taking out business elsewhere.
