Never have good experience here. Something always goes wrong with the phone plan whenever we go there. The guys are nice but need more training I think. Whenever we thought they help us, they mess something up after we get home. This is just our experience. Good people that lack knowledge.

My phone died suddenly. We had a hard time getting into the backup for my photos, my calendar and my contacts. Lindsay Clausen understood and was amazing! I was anticipating it taking a long time and being a complicated process. However, it not only didnt take very long but these three people were efficient, helpful, pleasant and so easy to work with. The poor guy was alone to tend to more than just a few customers. He handled it like a boss setting up new phones for some, another with a broken device multiple calls. He was most efficient and professional. His time management was something out of this world. Bottom line the guy was awesome!!!!!

Went in for just a couple of small things, an adapter for my phone and a screen protector for my wifes. 2 workers helping one customer, and all 3 of them barely acknowledged me. I walked around the store looking for what I wanted, stood there for a few minutes, still nothing. Finally just left. On the way out of town my wife called to complain about the lack of service. They hung up on her.

I walked into the store a couple of days ago, Hector was working by himself and it was really busy, lots of people. Honestly I had to walk out and I will come back sometime. but this guy has some amazing multitasking skills he was helping at least 5 people at once. He also knows what he is talking about. He also mentioned that even though he was busy, he loves his job and taking care of his customers is his priority. Bemobile should hire more people like him.

Yo I just got a new galaxy s9 at this place and they handled it like a boss. First day went to buy the phone and get it activated and a few days later went in to buy a screen protector (and then get it professionally installed for free). Got my fiance an upgrade here, we actually have Verizon but they still work with you. I didnt want to pay the phone off so all we had to do was let them take it and send it to Verizon we were told. That was a lie. Apparently you have to send it in yourself and if you dont then youll get charged the full amount. Well since we were told that they would send it in we left it with this worker to take care of it and he never did. Verizon never got the phone back and I believe that he stole it and the store manager is helping cover up his guilt by not letting anyone see the video tapes of the store that day. I would reccomend never coming to this place ever!

I just bought a new screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy note 3 with a lifetime warranty today from this store and had them install it, before i left i was looking it over and i noticed it had a scratch on it and my sale person told me there was nothing he could do about it since he already registered my new already damaged product. he told me i would have to file a claim with the supplier of this item, so i called the gadget guard company and they said there was no reason they couldnt just swap it out right there on the spot since it was a manufacture defect. Not a happy customer!!!! will not be going back to this store to shop anymore!!!
