I was skeptical about going to a Walmart Vision Center, but I have to say that Dr. Vu is great! He is super personable, friendly, professional and was very thorough during my exam. His staff is equally as great and helpful. Great Service at a Reasonable Cost.

After experiencing the most horrible time at Nationwide vision, my best friend told me to come here to get new glasses. The experience between Walmart and Nationwide was like night and day. I was greeted warmly and made to feel like family. Everything I wanted I got without pressure or made to feel bad about my choice. I was helped by Soonae who made the experience so much better. I will never go to another place again to get my glasses or contacts.

Fast service, considerate employees. Repaired my glasses in 5 minutes or less, and with no charge. 10/10 Recommend.

I was seen very quickly and my doctor was so wonderful. He was kind and caring and had an amazing positive vibration that just lifted my spirits. He also put so much of his energy into making sure my perscription was perfect. This is where i will be coming from now on to get my eyes taken care of!!❤

If I could give it ZERO I definitely would ! My husband and I normally go the one on 1825 W Bell but we haven’t had time to drive over there so we decided to go here since it’s closer to us worst mistake! Who ever was working today 04/26/21 6:00pm needs a major attitude adjustment instead of helping us get new glasses she was being argumentative, rude and was complaining about my husband glasses... I walked out of there yelling and arguing with her never going there again I’m sticking to Walmart optical on 1825 W bell they are always super friendly and helpful.

Dr. Vu was so amazing, very helpful and understanding...Alice also helped me and was amazing as well...This place is the best, prior to my appointment I hadnt had contacts in about 3year...I felt like that aladdin song, a whole new world😆😆...So thankful and highly recommend, my life is literally changed for the better!

The doctor here is amazing but the people who answer the phone are terrible. They are so rude and argumentative. I literally have never called this location and not been angry when I get off the phone. Thank goodness I found that other walmarts eye centers can order my contacts. Ill make the drive to avoid these people.

Good service and great value. Shop around and you will pay 3x’s more to the competition that has no experience. Staff is experienced and Dr Vu is great.

The team here is amazing! From Dr. Vu to Chase, Linda and Soonae, my experience was outstanding! Dr. Vu did a thorough exam and answered all of my questions! He was patient with me and educated me with terms I could understand. The eye care here is outstanding! I strongly encourage you to give them a try. You will be well taken care of!

I walked in on a Friday to schedule an eye exam. They got me in same day. The staff here were friendly. I met with Dr. Vu Truong. He came out and introduced himself to me. He escorted me to the exam room and was very polite with instructions. He was very informative and genuine with the examination process. He was straight to the point on my diagnosis and gave me a sample of eye drops that would be useful for me. I highly recommend Dr. Truong to anyone for their optometry needs. You can tell he enjoys his work.

My family has seen Dr. Pace for years. Friendly staff, convenient hours.

I called this evening to set up an optometrist appt and was told that they did not have disability access, I’m still shocked and hurt that in this day and age that people in wheelchairs are still being discriminated against.....I would have to be driven all the way to Surprise AZ to get assistance, no thank you, I’ll get an appt else where, Thanks Walmart For Nothing😢
