What an amazing experience. Took 3 rings in for size adjustment. One mens wedding band needed the size reduced and you cant tell the ring was altered in any way. One womens ring had a split band and looks like brand new. Another womens engagement/wedding ring set was sized and fused together. The rings all look immaculate! Couldnt be happier. This was my first experience with Worthington Jewelers and it was amazing! When I walked in I was greeted by numerous people, including the owner who, even though it was really busy, he took time to hear my needs. I took my wedding rings and a ring I inherited from my Mom to get resized, have Rhodium plating done to both and to have sizing beads removed. They told me it would likely take a week to get my rings back, and I ended up getting them back within 3 business days! I highly recommend Worthington Jewelers!

Ive gone for a few jewelry repairs (adding a charm to a necklace and resizing two rings), and both were crazy fast and affordable because they are all handled right in-house. This was our second time at Worthington Jewelers for our wedding bands. The initial visit was to get an idea of what we wanted and how they could help us in our search. Steven met with us on our initial visit and was extremely knowledgeable about the bands for both of us. He gave a good direction in our search for my fiances wedding band and also sized him quickly. When we went back to actually make the purchase, we worked with Eric who was also extremely knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. He gave us options within our price range and also managed to change my mind on what I thought I had originally wanted! I am so happy with our choices and without Eric I dont know that I would have loved my band as much as I do. Friendly staff, extremely helpful especially since I was approaching this with little to no knowledge of what would be involved, much lower price when compared to what big chain jewelers quoted me for the same service, let me know before I signed anything that there might be a delay due to supply chain issues, polished the ring for free even though that was not part of what I had asked for (so now its extra sparkly), made me show ID to reclaim my property (so no one else could take it), and I didnt have to pay until the service was complete and I had my ring back! We are very glad we purchased our wedding bands at Worthington Jewelers. We bought my engagement ring elsewhere (pre-COVID) and in hindsight, we wish we would have bought it here (live and learn!) All of the associates are helpful and friendly. We ordered our bands several weeks ago, and they arrived prior to the anticipated date. My band is a diamond wedding band and the stones are high quality. I also feel at ease knowing their repairs (should anything need repaired) are done IN-HOUSE. They are not sent to another part of the state and shipped back (I was really nervous when I had to get my engagement ring re-sized at the other jewelry store, and I cringed knowing it was being shipped around.) Googled jewelers in Columbus area as I was looking for a place to have rhodium plating done on my wife’s white gold ring & found Worthington Jewelers. Called & left a voicemail message about pricing & cleaning and they were transparent about pricing & their process.Came into the store to drop off ring Wednesday & staff was super friendly while taking care of us and letting us know when we’ll be able to pick up the ring. In addition to the rhodium plating they answered any questions we had about our ring & gave us additional insight that was helpful for someone like my wife & I where this was the 2nd time we’ve had the ring cleaned/serviced in over 2 years in part due to COVID. My wife picked up the ring 2 business days after dropping it off & was more than thrilled with the cleaning & plating done and she said the ring looked as new as when I first proposed back in July ‘19. 1000% would recommend Worthington Jewelers as a local business with friendly & great service!

I have used Worthington Jewelers to have the occasional piece repaired and cleaned.Recently, while visiting the store to have a piece repaired, I had my teenaged daughter with me.The baskets of Estate pieces caught her eye & she had a great time going through them, picking out charms, etc.While my bracelet was being repaired, another Estate piece came in that caught the eye of one of the employees, Eric Flannagan. I took my wedding rings in to get an updated appraisal for insurance. I called the day before I went in and was told the appraisal would take a week, but after I went in they said the appraisal wouldn’t be ready for 3 or 4 weeks and this is one of the reasons I’m not giving a 5 star rating.My rings were cleaned very nicely & I received my appraisal when I picked up and paid for the appraisal. The cost of the appraisal wasn’t the highest quote I received, but wasn’t the lowest either.Some of the staff could use a refresher in customer service on how to treat and welcome you for your business. My first encounter when I went in wasn’t very pleasant. They were a little more welcoming when they were taking my payment for their services.

My husband and I had a great experience picking out a new wedding set for me. We visited the store during a trunk sale while waiting for a sample set to come in. Our sales rep Devon, was able to find some beautiful rings fitting my perfect style but we still wanted to see the sample for very specific reasons. She said they would make sure the additional rings would be available to view with the sample. However, there was a miscommunication and the rings left with the designers. Devon was able to get the rings overnighted so we would be able to see all at once. She was so patient as I kept changing my mind and adjusting the style of two sets. We decided on the sample ring set and picked the perfect stone. She checked on the pick-up date and the jeweler had actually sent the real rings. Therefore, they only need to add my stone and my rings should be available the following week. This was the best service I have had in a very long time. She thought of every detail, and next week, I should have a beautiful set of new rings!

My experience could not have been better! A diamond from my wedding band had gone missing - I brought it in and the super helpful associate quickly analyzed my band and could determine that more diamonds were loose. YIKES! They replaced my diamond and fixed the rest over the course of a few days. My ring is better than ever and I will now be taking my rings in every 6 months for a free check-up! I’ve gotten my middle eastern 18K gold repaired and that jewelry is important to me for cultural and family reasons and this place is one of the few places I trust to handle it. They are so nice, professional and reasonably priced. They are so accommodating and really go above and beyond. They’ve even fixed a few things or cleaned things at no cost just because they’re nice. The best experience we could have asked for. We went in with a few photos of the engagement ring we wanted made and they worked with us at our pace to design, and create the perfect ring. We worked with Eric throughout the whole process. He was A+++ the whole time. No pressure at all, just listening to our needs and providing solutions. I had a ring incorrectly resized by a different jeweler so I decided to try Worthington Jewelers to get it corrected. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful! I’ve never worn a ring and didn’t know my size, and they took the time to size me correctly and make sure I was completely comfortable before they started doing any work to it. They estimated that it would take about a week but I got a call the following day letting me know that it was already ready. The ring fit perfectly and I couldn’t be more satisfied!
