I love the products and I placed a new order on 8/25 — almost a month ago. However — it still has not shipped and I’ve received no response to my three emails.I went by the storefront on 9/13 — store was empty (under renovation per the website BUT there was a “For Rent” sign out front). Not sure what’s going on and there is no phone number listed.So disappointed in the lack of response.Edit 10/5/21 -- I am changing this to a four-star review. Yesterday I finally received the candles that I ordered on 8/25. Included with my order was a card apologizing for the delay and noting that some extra items were being included as a gift. A very nice gesture.I would have changed it to a five star if there had been any type of response to my emails, etc. I LOVE their products and respect their mission, and of course, the extra candles and room spray were a nice touch -- but responding to customers questions and complaints needs to be a timely priority for any small business. I will order again -- but not if I need something in a hurry!

Unfortunately I cant even review the product because I have not received it or any communication about shipping. Order was placed and it took a bit for the shipping label to be created (not the delivery service I picked or paid for) and the items still have not been physically shipped. Id be ok with that because things happen but I cant get an email response regarding the changed in service or shipping delay. Phone number goes straight to VM, which is full. Really wanted to support this company but not ideal for gifts that you need in a timely manner.

Ordered 3 grace boxes as gifts and they showed up as one large box and shipping was pricey and took a long time. I also did not get much variety in scents.

I am visiting from NY and really wanted to shop in the store. I love to order the products online. I was so disappointed when we finally arrived at 3:50 PM on a Saturday and the store was closed! The Google page says it closes at 6 PM and the signs in the windows said “We’re Open”!! So disappointed….

Our favorite candles and such a cute store front to visit. Lots of gift options and customers even have the ability to create their own candles. Highly recommend for a date night activity or girls day out.

Don’t buy from them. They aren’t sending orders. They ignore emails and attempts to contact them. Ordered 9/3 and got a shipping label that hasn’t been updated in over 2 weeks

Ok, seriously - these candles smell like someone put heaven on earth and called it Eleventh Candle Co. WE ARE OBSESSED! The packaging is gorgeous, the candles are so high-end, and the mission of this company is incredible. We love the idea that commerce can be a force for good and these women are proof.

ATTENTION! This company is no longer responding or shipping any products. Do not place a order as you will not receive it. We have ordered through them with our business for 6 years and as of the 1st of September we placed an order they collected payment and we have received nothing. Any attempt at calling or emailing does not work. There is no answer. We are in the process of filing a complaint through the Worthington police dept (not that there is anything that they can really do). The website shows that they are still processing orders and no one is receiving product. This shines a horrible light in face of the mission that they claim to have benefited. It makes us wonder where our 7k worth of product money actually went. Would love any feed back.
