Great help with decorate options

Great place for paint and supplies! The associates know their products, the store is very clean, well organized, you can get service when you need it but they dont accoset you at the door like other business do. That can be helpful, but sometimes you just need to look around first. They have a wonderful selection of paints, both modern and timeless colors, and you can take as many samples home as you need to compare them with your original color project. I brought the samples back that I hadnt needed. They give you good advice, too, about how to use the products.

Really nice quality paint compared to anything I’ve ever found at Lowe’s. Friendly staff who knows their stuff. No gimmicky prices or upsells. Invest the time and few extra dollars for a nicer result.

Went to the Worthington location today. Did research on best quality of paint and Benjamin Moore seemed to be the one most sites recommend. Went in with my daughter to help pick out colors. We were the only customers in the store and there were 4 guys standing around the counter talking when we arrived. Was hoping that someone would walk over to offer help but after 40 minutes we left and never got any acknowledgement we were in the store. I got some paint samples for my wife to help pick colors. Will try to Clintonville location next time. I had planned on purchasing several hundred dollars in paint When you go to a specialty paint store you would hope to have professional customer service. High hopes but disappointed.

Best experience I’ve ever had buying paint. Me and my wife bought a “grey” paint from Lowe’s that we had to pick out ourself due to a lack of help and it ended up looking baby blue once on the wall. So, we decided to check out Creative Paints, what a difference! Very helpful staff that helped me pick out the perfect paint and we love it. I also grabbed a professional roller that you can’t find at Lowe’s and it didn’t leave any hairs on the wall and I was able to paint it almost twice as fast. After this experience I will only come here whenever I am painting anything.

There are 2 stores. The one in Clintonville is great. The one in Worthington has awful service. Have been there a few times and the people there were beyond rude. I thought it was because I was a woman, but they were nasty to my contractor as well.
