Not a bad gas/diesel station. Wouldnt go as far as to call it a plaza but anytime i need a spot overnight when I come through Boston, i stop here. Nice and quiet. 10am or 10 pm you will find a place to park. Just a couple complaints. #1-This should definitely be a 24/7 spot. Especially when you are calling yourself a plaza. If you have to roll out 11pm-6am pick a different spot to park. You wont get out. #2- clean your port-a-potties more or build an actual bathroom for us to use in parking lot. Shouldnt have to cross a super busy highway and risk life and limb just to use the 1 restroom this plaza has. #3-fix your potholes in your dirt lot. You know you can afford to do it so do it. All and all Im thankful for this little spot and will be back, if I dont have to leave overnight.

This isnt a Plaza, its a gravel pit for ten bucks a night. Thats fine, thats road life. What ISNT FINE is opening the port-o-let to see fecal matter SMEARED over the seat and the walls. So if you have to go number 2 after 11pm, you wasted ten bucks. Just go to the free rest stop thats about 2 miles from here. Youll be set. Its quiet and the lot seemed chill, but come on. If it was dark and I sat on that toilet I would have gotten tested for STDs immediately.

Havent even gone in the actual travel plaza yet. I pulled in with seconds left and got trapped in their unpaved and cratered lot. Messed up a hubcap trying to negotiate the entrance and exit before i realized i was trapped and have to walk across the HIGHWAY for a TOKEN to get the 2x4 gate to open. SERIOUSLY considered crashing it after my hubcap but im lawful good over here. Wont be back tho. Shouldve just tripped 20 more miles to a legitimate travel plaza.

The shower are rooming and clean $10 if you have your own towel. The woman that works in the days is awesome nice and polite. If you drive for prime this is a fuel stop for us. FYI its paid parking, no surprise in the NE, but you have to pay BEFORE parking or walk across this busy highway, yes there is a pedestrian crossing but that doesnt do a lot of good when its 40 degrees out and its pouring. I called them twice asking about parking, neither time was I informed 1 its across the street & 2 pay to park BEFORE parking, they do not accept cards over the phone, nor does their website. Guess Im a bit spoiled with Pilot/FlyingJ.

They have all the essentials a professional driver needs. Some drivers complain about the dirt parking lot. But, I dont have a problem w/ it. You see the owners would to make improvements to that lot. But, the state of Massachusetts environmental authorities worry about. Rain, etc.run off. Thats to bad. W/ that beautiful area in the back I personally could envision a beautiful spot to take a break & enjoy the view. Not the 1st time that Ive taken my break there, wont be the last. They have port a potties on both sides of the lot and big dumpster for our trash. What more could a driver want?

First time visit to this place...employees are very nice and polite, I found the store well stocked with everyone I would need and very clean...only one restroom ... And I dont paying the $14. To park for the night...but as I am writing this there is still quite a few parking spots left as I counted 33 vehicles parked in the lot...$462... I think you could hire a kid to fill in the craters in the lot...gravel is there...just need a shovel ... My only complaint...the craters in the parking lot otherwise this is comparable to the big franchise travel centers in my opinion...

Safe place to stop and an take a break after my 13 hour drive. The showers were clean and the parking lot didnt have a ton of potholes like some other truckstops on the East Coast. The man working (I think his name was Frank) was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him. This is one of best truck stops in the Boston area. Being a women truck driver it is important that I feel safe and comfortable when I stop. Its a good place to nap safely in your cabin, take a shower and get some coffee and food to get back on the road.

Fueled, ran in to grab a bite to eat before parking. Not 30 seconds after I walked in the door, some crazy lady started screaming over the intercom to move all trucks from fuel island so others could fuel. The parking is across the street a min down the road on the right. Your better off going there first if looking to park and walking over to the store for a token to get out. Traffic is a beast trying to cross a very busy 4 lane highway. Dirt lot but not to bad. I have seen worse on a paved lot. Store was clean and staff friendly. There is a restaurant next door but like any other one it closes by 10pm that is not a part of the plaza. I was going to shower but decided to wait until I got a little further down the road. I did not want to have to cross the highway again with my bag. But all in all if your looking for a quick bite and a place to catch some zzzzzs it will work.

The store itself was clean and bigger than what the reviews make it out to seem. The two stars are for the rudeness of the employees toward strangers and then the same cashier enthusiastically greeted her friend right in front of us. Yikes. The two stars is also because they have paid truck parking with absolutely no details about it. For anyone wondering, the first two hours are free and anything after that is 14$. Be sure to get your exit token before they close at 11pm if youre planning on leaving in the wee hours of the morning. Not a bad place. Not a good place. Probably wont come here again.

If it was possible to give a review with no stars, I would have! They now charge $14 to park in a muddy, pot-holed parking lot across a busy 4-lane hwy. Good luck going to the bathroom if you have to do #2 at 2 AM, because they close at 11 PM. Cant get anything to eat after 7 PM when the deli closes. And they offer zero options worth eating other than whats in the frozen food freezer. They do rebate $4 to your parking fee if you spend more than $8 in the store or at the deli. Cant even get that when neither are open to buy anything, so youre stuck leaving having to pay the full price for parking if you have to leave before they open. They do not encourage return business & I told the cashier that its thievery to charge for something & get nothing for your money other than a place to park over one of their muddy craters & not be able to get anything to eat. I couldve done better had I parked overnight at a roadside rest area. At least I know the bathroom will be open! This place is BS!

There were three little nasty old ladies and a man with make-up on his face working in this small area unable to ring out their customers in a timely fashion. It has literally been years since I have been so frustrated and angered by a business desertion of anything remotely related to “Customer Service.” Actually, in this case, “Customer Service” & “Interstate Travel,” used in the same sentence, would represent an oxymoron unless accompanied by “zero”, “total absence,” or similar qualifiers. Its a good thing I was bobtailing. You pull into the narrow parking lot entrance before you see the gate and sign instructing you to enter and park now and then walk across a very busy 4 - lane highway to the store for a token that will allow you to exit the parking lot when you want to leave. Not only is this impractical, but its also very unsafe. The lot itself is just barely acceptable. Not paved and not very well lit. The porta potties (that i didnt use) may bring it up to a $5 value, but this is certainly Not worth the $12 price I paid. By the way, I turned around inside the entrance area and drove across the street to buy my token before I parked in the lot. I suggest pre-paying to anyone who parks here.
