I love this store and it has become an addiction! Great flavors. Staff is always helpful and understanding of my indecision..lol. (too many flavors to choose from!). If you havent been yet...you need to go ASAP!

I am disappointed. I come here a lot as I live down the street and the tea and sales are awesome. I understand they were short staffed but one girl constantly repeated that they were understaffed over and over again while she took her time to make drinks. And also let the girl behind me go before me. I felt so bad about the girl on the register because she was clearly overwhelmed with a family that wanted to take their time smelling every tea and figuring out what they wanted while there was a line out the door.The girl making teas kept talking over the girl on the register and just being straight up rude. Making her look bad and telling her to basically toughen up because she said she wanted to cry. I waited 40 minutes and then the girl on the teas finally decided to help - I walked up and she dismissed me and said she needed to help the other woman that was part of the family that was taking forever to order. I had it at that point.I’ve never been so upset. I wanted one tin of tea. That’s it. The way all the customers including myself were treated by the lady making teas was so disrespectful. I will order online going forward but what a bummer. Used to have a good staff but obviously because it’s winter - that’s out the window.

I received a David’s Tea sampler for Christmas, with everything from Chai to Green. I was already really enjoying their teas, the variety, and the quality especially. I can even get two uses out of one tea bag. One day I noticed I was glowing, I tried washing off my make up and it was still there. The next time I went to make tea and reuse a tea bag, I noticed it was labeled “the glow”! Absolutely a magic shop! All recommendations on this end!

Staff was very helpful finding the type of tea and flavor that I was looking for. Transaction process was smooth and quick .👍

I have to agree with one of the other reviewers. The tea here is good but the staff members are dismissive and rude. I was at this location this past weekend and there were four employees just standing around about 4-5 feet from me, chatting with each other while I waited to be rung up. Not one of them acknowledged me so I stood there to see how long it would take for one of them to notice me. (It took over 3 minutes.) This store is not big; I know they saw me considering I was one of three customers in the store at the time. Then, the woman who rang me up didnt even ask if I had their loyalty card, which I do. The straw that broke the camels back during this visit was that when she finished processing my transaction, she simply handed me a bag with the tea I purchased. She did not say thank you or see you next time or have a great day; she didnt say a word. I wont be buying from this location again.

Ive been here a couple of times. I do shop at the online website. The staff has always been great. Wonderful selections. The store is always nice and clean.

Great tasting teas. I actually use the tea after steeping in my yogurt. They contain real fruit and high quality ingredients.

From tea enthusiasts to beginners, this place has a fun and educational environment that will engage you. Primarily a loose leaf tea retailer, but you can enjoy tea or latte to go.

Great tea and service. Their reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. Its always a standard stop on my Wrentham visits.

Bright cheery store with lots of flavors of tea, including a half dozen or so different types of macha. They also have cups, thermoses, travel mugs, tea strainers, macha whisks, and the like. Staff were kind, helpful, informative. Prices seem a bit steep (ha ha) but the sale/clearance has deeply discounted items from previous seasons.Direct competition with TeaVana, as far as I can tell.Free samples for some items.Plenty of parking, generally. Havent seen a bike rack. Cannot comment on public transit to here.I think they said all, or nearly all, of the teas are gluten free.
