My wife and I had the pleasure of doing business with this Verizon store in Wrentham on route 1. Our phone had been crushed after falling off our vehicle. We had our dealings with Josh who was always patient, explained all the steps he was doing, and genuinely cared for what we were going through. Josh is a true asset to this location and to the Verizon team. I highly recommend Josh and the Wrentham location for all your phone needs!!

Would appreciate the owner of this store contacting me. I left my number with Kaitlyn at the store today. Thank you. RickUpdate 4/30/21. Bought a phone here late 2020. Was told I got a free tablet with it. I was very skeptical, asked tons of questions and was assured it was free, so agreed. Next bill showed a $33 monthly charge towards a payment of a $300 tablet, plus connection fee. Been battling with this store for 5 months to rectify. Staff is cordial (oh, credit will be on next months bill, takes time to process, yadda). Asked to speak to manager, owner, etc, and told everyone is very busy. Really? What, counting stolen money? Suggest you steer clear of this store. Really wanted to handle this off line but can get in touch with no one. If the owner has the stones to reply, Ill gladly give you my number. Thanks.

Visited this store twice in the last three weeks to purchase new iPhones. Both times I dealt with Christivanna and both times were the best experiences I have purchasing new phones. Will definitely be back when it’s time again.

Christivannah McKenna is by far the most knowledgeable Verizon representative we have ever worked with and offered the most amazing personalized service and support. We updated our plans and traded 3 phones. The experience was seamless and she meticulously checked and rechecked all the steps involved. I highly, highly recommend Christivannah for any communications needs She is the best and Verizon is so lucky to have her as a brand ambassador!

I was greeted with a great welcome when I entered the store. Rozana introduced herself and asked how she could help me. I immediately felt comfortable, compare to past experiences I had. Exceptional customer service!! I Needed to fix my phone I bought on 9/22/20 in another location. Rozana went right to it and explained to Me what was needed to be done as well as Amanda who also works there was also helpful!!! Exceptional Employees!!! Everything was fixed with explanations and explained what was going to be done. These are the kinda of employees i would love to walk in for help!!!

Went in to get a quote and had a 5 star experience working with David! but after I went in the next morning the store was closed when it said it would be open. The sign on the door was wrong and the online hours were wrong. Honestly very frustrating.

What I thought was going to be a painful process of purchasing a new phone - Amanda made it stress free for me ! I am a happy camper with my new Samsung Galaxy S20. Go see her !
