Respectful staff, huge store, perfect location, and it has discounts and offers. Whatever we asked there were a respond from the staff. Also, it has bags and shoes that might u wont find in other stores.

I went over there for an exchange on Saturday 30th Oct. The store associate asked to come back on Weekdays saying they were busy because of weekends. On the contrary, the store had hardly couple of customers. Just to go over online and help with exchange they denied for the service. Very disappointing!!

Great experience! Sylvia was amazing. She helped me find sizes, made suggestions, and calculated the discounts as went along. So, I knew what I was saving. The associate who rang me up was amazing too. She suggested a few small items that got to the next level of savings! Thank you ladies!

My wristlet I bought is falling apart at the seams only after 3 months!!! I barley use it, and when I do, its well cared for. Cant believe they claimed it was real!! Clearly if it was real, it wouldnt be coming apart after a few months.!!! Wont EVER BE BACK!
