Store was nice, large selection. Nice staff.. I think running shoes are great, light and soft. They have some design and engineering work to do on the trail shoes.

Love love love this store. And everyone who works there is so awesome. Can’t say enough good things about it. The only issue is parking because it is in in large plaza and there is only one large parking lot in the center of a U-shaped plaza. Other than that, major kudos to the New Balance Factory Store in Wrentham. 😊❤️

If Im headed to the Cape and have a spare 20 minutes, I like to get new running shoes from New Balance. Why - because they fit my feet far better than other brands. NB makes shoes is a range of widths so you can find just what you want. I would have given a higher rating if this store was as large as the mothership in Brighton.
