Which are the bargains and which were full price? No one would know the blue velvet chair and the little side table were from the outlet in Wrentham, unlike the rest of the room which was furnished out of RH-Boston. You can get the same goods and save money. Staff is accommodating, and I love the bargains!

The furniture is just beauty and the help and assistance they provide is terrific when you can reserve time. The boston gallery unfortunately does have everything or someone the pieces I think they should .thus making it easier to make decisions. The part I do not care for is their follow up.very disappointed although after a bit I was able to getsomwone to hp and follow through with....

We looked up, down, left and right for the perfect table for a table for a new office space. We had previously visited this location but honestly thought everything would be out of budget. Regardless I called and spoke to Michelle who was great and explained they actually might have options as long as we werent looking for pieces in perfect condition. We took a chance, drove out and there was the perfect table for our space at the right price. Yes it has a few scratches but we can work with it. Worth a visit when planning a new space! They even stayed a little after close to help us load up. Thanks Michelle!

The staff is great, unlike a previous reviewer I called and asked specifically what outdoor tables were available and I received exact information including prices and condition. They held the item for two hours and I went and purchased. I have purchased many many many items from this outlet over the years. Always helpful staff and great bargains. But you need to know what your looking at and inspect carefully.

Not only is everyone welcoming their theyre very knowledgeable with the items/products. If the store doesnt carry the item they will get on their computer with you and order it.Keep in mind when an item is in the store and you are in love with it its a great time to purchase it because it wont be there for long.

The sales staff is super helpful. We were visiting for a Massachusetts for a soccer tournament and stopped in between games. I purchased flatware and when i arrived home one set was boxed incorrectly and one set was missing a knife. When I called they could not have been more helpful in correcting the issue. Why we love RH. Thanks!

I called this place in advance to see what outdoor furniture they had, in advance of driving the 30 mins. I was told by a younger sounding man they had a lot of things. When I arrived I witnessed very few, piece meal items. I was specific over the phone that I was looking for sofa sets. When I remarked on this to a female employee she had no response but to walk away. A nice man named Mike/mark came over to speak to me and as nice as he was the fact that I got incorrrect info which made me take time from my busy day, was completely negated. I asked who I spoke to over the phone and was told, “I have no idea.” How do you not know what what employers were just in, in the morning. I would never come back based upon that and the fact that the offerings are haphazard, piece meal and nothing at all special. Potential customer lost. Theses employees could literally care less about selling or appeasing clients. My question is, why do they work in retail?

Awful. Buying the couch was no problem... but you have to go in person to pay because they dont have an online or over the phone system. But when the couch arrived the connectors on the bottom did not align and the store management was like yeah we didnt connect them in the store either and we wont help you with that... and then wouldnt help me fix them. Such a ridiculous policy given the connectors are a core feature of the 8k couch I just bought. Absolute pain and they were so rude.

Mediocre values and mostly the same stuff that sits at the same price. The staff is reluctant to help you, and will act like they don’t notice you.

The staff doesnt even acknowledge g that youre in the store unless you approach them. I love the product but the prices are ridiculous.
