Breezys customer service skills lack everything we were in the store all of 10 minutes and she was not helpful in any way shape or form. Even had a customer walk in after us and she didnt even ask her how her day was/could she help her find anything and to top it all off she wouldnt let us use the lids membership to buy the hat. Wont catch me walking into lids for at least another 3 years after that. Youve sadly lost a customer.
The Lids at the outlets has a great selection of hats. Wound up purchasing four. I am a die-hard Red Sox fan, but live in Virginia, so finding Red Sox hats when you live out of market is hard. The guy working actually dug through his new shipment that had come in that day to find my size for the new Fourth of July hats. Great service, great selection.
11 am and store still is locked even though it says it’s open online an employee is just sitting inside with the doors locked
Store is suppose to open at 10. I watched the girl go in and close door behind her. At 11am still locked up. Seems to be a trend with this store.

One of the persons working at the store last night was incredibly rude and ignorant. If you don’t have the customer service skills to answer a simple question, at least put on a fake smile and pretend not to me missable. After asking an innocent question, the person behind the counter gave my family and me the biggest attitude and mumbled behind our backs. Management there should hire associates more carefully. I will do my best to inform your corporate offices of the “customers service” we received in your store at the Wrentham Outlets.
