I did purchase a duffel bag from the store.The bag didnt make to my destination.The bag broke and had a huge hole.I when back to the store to exchange.I started with I have no receipt because I was not planning to return the bag.So let work together and see what is the best solution for the problem.OMG the girl got so piss at me that I am demanding her what to do.Than she start talking to her manager on the phone in Spanish.I did tell her that it is not nice to talk in different language and than she got crazy.After 20 min of trying to resolve the problem nothing happen.Even she didnt have info for the manufacture.She was searching online and giving me other authorize store to claim the damage.Even she told me if I see you out of my working hour youll see what I can call you.I never been to a store with that horrible customer service.I feel sorry for the place because they are not busy and with the service they have I will not be surprise if they close down soon.She need a proper education how to work with people.

Staff was very knowledgeable. Great selection. Ill def be back before vacation !

I dont think Ill buy again from The Luggage Factory. I wasnt aware that if I will return the merchandise I will get only store credit. I had to but something else from the store just to liquidate my credit. I am very unhappy.
