First time here and they were great. The staff is friendly and the work was great. I would definitely come back here. Best part was I brought in one of my own parts to have painted and they didn’t tell me they couldn’t paint it like some other shops in the area

Really good customer service. I brought my Fusion in, was able to get money off my deductible. When I picked it up the body work and paint were flawless. They cleaned my car in and out for me, too.

Got into a major accident and brought my car here, owner walked me through the process of fixing it and was very patient, got my car back very quickly and it looks great.

Wish I could do less then a star. I was hit by a drunk driver and I came here to see if they would help with my car I have never been thru insurance replacement so I needed help the guy was a complete jerk to me and made me feel stupid I ended up just walking right out and went somewhere else

One of the most worthless shops downriver hands down! Receptionist is just a cranky, lonely woman who hates her life and takes it out on customers then doesn’t have a clue what she is talking about. Guys in the back try to keep up with her nonsense but she seems to take her ridiculous thoughts and go above and beyond to mess everything. Order $2,000 extra in parts, didn’t need those one bit, tried to run my card over and over again. Came to find out I was just in for a dented bumper instead of under the hood work. Apologized by saying “Well, if you would have known what you were coming in for I would have been able to get this right the first time” then I told her I did tell her that and she invited me to never come back with a laugh. Worst customer service ever!
