Scheduled a COVID test for 9:30 this morning for my fiance. We sat in the drive thru for OVER AN HOUR. I rang the buzzer three times and was only acknowledged on the first time I rang with Ill be with you in a minute!... That was about 15 minutes into our wait *AT THE WINDOW*.45 MINUTES LATER and we decided that it would be faster to drive to JACKSON and get the test from her Primary Care doctor instead of water our time there getting death floated from every cat that whipped around us.Go to the Riverview location down the road. At least then youll be seen by *someone* in the pharmacy.

Inside store the workers are very polite and friendly. Pharmacy needs a lot of work. Long wait on phones and drive thru. People very rude

I stood and waited about ten minutes to even be acknowledge at the pharmacy. I was the only one in line- they looked up at me but didn’t say a thing as I stood there at the counter for help. Really poor customer service.

Got my covid vaccine here (2nd shot was on 5-9-21 around 1pm) everyone at Pharmacy was nice (let me get my shot 4 hrs early so I could go work some overtime) and answered any questions I had. Just wish it was more crowded with people getting shots in the arm....

5/9/2021....Between 10-11:00am. Cashier at the front is absolutely rude, also there is another employee, an older woman who I have encountered a few times who is also rude. ASHLEY IS GREAT THOUGH! KEEP ASHLEY!

I like this store. I really do. The only reason why I’m giving it 1 star is because of the rude customer service I encountered today with one of your employees. She’s an elderly woman (not sure her name, it’s not on my receipt) who was a cashier around 5:50-6:10 time. I placed a pickup curbside order and she didn’t look for the order. It was under my last name (I didn’t know) and she didn’t even bother to ask what it was. I was buying stuff separately from my curbside order and the lady didn’t even give me a chance or asked if I had a Walgreens phone number to put in. Then when I mentioned that I did have a phone number and I wanted to pay with cash, she had an attitude about it. I didn’t say anything towards her because she’s not worth losing my energy or having an attitude about it. I hope this review helps instead 🙂

The stores clean and has really cute seasonal stuff but the pharmacy staff are very rude. Especially the new younger girls.Cant stand going here, had all my predictions besides one transferred to CVS.

Photo department was rude, understand if people are waiting but you do not have to talk to people like they are children. I also over heard you making a joke about me while I was waiting and looking in the other isle. I don’t need the photos that bad.

I stopped by the clinic yesterday evening in need of a few immunizations. The pharmacy tech, Sam, made my DAY! She was resourceful and kind. In a somewhat stressful situation I was able to feel relieved. The pharmacist completed my shots and she was just as nice! Even the cashiers great you as you enter the building. Great customer service experience!

Always stock on shelves. Nice managers.

Good pharmacy. Big store, standard prices to any CVS store. Would recommend this place.

Stopped by just as i do once a month but today was in a rush and just wanted to drop prescription off and pick up later. Was greated by nick p the pharmacist and he informed me very rudely that they didnt open until 9 it was 858. So i waited and he opened all the doors up just to ignore me and take care of 2 individual customers in the drive thru that pulled up after i was in line. Terrible service starts with just one employee. Dont like your job, find new very simple.

Service has been ok here, nothing spectacular. Shelves are often disorganized and staff hard to find despite the small size of the store, so certainly room for improvement. Generally has the product I come looking for, though, and a very convenient location.

Had my friend go in last night to get a white owl cigarello for me and she was denied it because shes 20 and not 21? The lady refused to give it to her saying it was the law that she couldnt buy it. I then went inside and had to get it because i am 22 and the lady was very rude she even was rude to the people in front of me. Never coming here ever definitely should of just went to the gas station for such a small thing like that.

Dont bother. They dont even know how to call and verify insurance. My husband works for a very big company and no other pharmacy has had a problem verifying our baller insurance. They cant even make a phone call? All set. This is day 4 of trying to get my medicine filled, by the way. I said never mind put them aside and I will go somewhere else.
