Lets just say Victory Motors save my life!! I came in on a Saturday with my sister. She was the one who recommended them to me. James was awesome, I told him what I was looking for. Next thing I knew he handled me keys to a Chevrolet Equinox for a test run. The ride was smooth, the car was stylish and I was smiling from ear to ear. I was sold, the paperwork was easy and I walk out in least than an hour with my new car.

We needed a truck for work and was able to get a wonderful F150 with tow package that is perfect for us.

I never brought a car from here but I can say they are very tricky they give you a 2500 voucher but you have to buy/finance a 12,000 car just to use voucher. Also I won one of their “prizes” number in tab matched number on prize box (which is only for advertisement) when you actually match the numbers you’ll be told your barcode number top left corner has to match theirs which going to be 24900 that only allows you to spin a wheel for one of the $5-$200 prizes. Don’t waste you time everything they do has a “fine print” BE careful & don’t get your hopes up. Lol oblivious it’s a give away the thing is you guys are basically tricking people that’s why I said read fine prong rather your offering $5-$200 gift that is fine when knowing that’s what you have in stake you guys are purposely having people think they won the prize their numbers matched to in all honesty you guys already have it set out for people winning number to be 24900 and lol you would be mad if you wasted 20 mins and gas driving to a car lot thinking you won $2500 in cash to leave w a $5 gift card 😂😂😂

My family and I went there to look for my sons 1st car. The salesman walked out and passed our family more than once and never spoke or asked if we needed help. Its just a shame not to treat people kind. Would never recommend.

I went in to inquire about cars in my price range. They have no vehicles with eligible monthly payments of under $200. Which would be fine if they just let me leave. HOWEVER, the salesman insisted I “register”. I asked to make sure this wouldn’t be a hard credit inquiry. Ronald ASSURED me that it wouldn’t pull a credit report or affect my credit score. He couldn’t be MORE wrong. Not only did it show up on my credit score but it knocked my score down points when I finally found a vehicle so it could have affected my loan eligibility. In addition, DESPITE being firm in my price range, the salesman showed me a car without telling me the range. While talking about “Sunroofs, leather seats, heated seats, etc.”. I may be a woman in my 20’s but I know what to look for in a car and the luxury junk isn’t it. I finally found a car. If you’re looking for a good deal and REPUTABLE business I would go to McQuiston Motors down the street. It’s also in Wyandotte on Fort (between Eureka and Oak).

Stopped by the wyandotte location the Coopers helped me out. I was skeptical at first they were very patient with me in helping me decide what vechicle I wanted. They took my 06 escape and gave me a 2017 escape with a great monthly payment. They spent hours with me making sure I was satisfied in every possible way. My husband and I went in with pretty low hopes because we knew we had a pretty low budget and would need something with a low monthly payment. After crunching numbers on every car we liked, we had come to accept that the only way wed be leaving with a vehicle was if we settled for one we werent crazy about. But James and Bob went above and beyond and kept crunching numbers and after three days of back and forth, they were able to pull off a miracle and get us in a car that we LOVE at a price we could afford. 10 of 10, would definitely do business here again and will definitely recommend to family and friends!
