I cant tell you enough how pleased I am with the product and the service. Astetically, the windows look amazing. But the quality in the best asset. At first I couldnt decide which blocks to get so I went to their warehouse. The owner took the time to show me around and see the various options. I was able to make an informed decision that makes me happy. The installers came early to do the job, worked efficiently and cleared the area of debris before leaving.

I was looking for a company to install just the vents in my basement glass block windows. That was a challenge in itself, because it was such a small job. Enter Glass Block Professionals. They were very patient explaining our options, coming out to take a look and quoting the job. They also followed up when I got busy and put the job on hold due to my own busy schedule. When they came out, they were fast and efficient. Everything was cleaner than when they got here once they left. They were also extremely respectful of me working at home. - noise to a minimum, etc. I would absolutely call them 1st next time!!!

August, 2021They did a very poor job of cleaning up all the broken glass inside and out from the old windows they removed. All they had was a broom and used it very lightly. No shop-vac used at all for broken glass on the inside of the home or all over the front porch. A huge mess was left. They weren’t the least bit concerned about the mess when I asked for a better clean up. Very unprofessional for the entire job.

They did a great job installing the glass Block windows. They look great! The reason I give a three star is because they did a poor job cleaning up when done. I went into my basement bare foot and step on glass from the old windows. When I had my upstairs windows installed by Wallside windows. They left my house spotless no broken glass left behind. When I talked to the owner about my complaint he said it is not our responsibility to clean everything. We are not maids (those were the exact words the owner said). They did clean up just not good enough.

Had dan out for my estimate he was fast and quick had a price in min and not bad at all for six windows four being vented three days later there installed had Bobby and Tyler our to install them and wish I had them out years ago thanks a lot you guys recommend these guys any time

Everything went smoothly and was done with professionalism. When I called to get someone to come out for the estimate, the person who scheduled it made sure he worked around my schedule and gave me some insight into their certifications and what they can offer. Kevin came to do the estimate and he was polite, timely, and honest. He told me his recommendations, but wasnt pushy. The job was done a few days later and the guys who came out were very efficient. It took them a few hours (our house is old and I cant imagine getting the old windows out was an easy task) and they look great. I am extremely impressed with how clean they kept our yard and basement. Not even a speck of dust or mortar was left behind. The price was very fair and definitely worth it. Im very picky and tend to always find something to complain about lol but with these guys, I am highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who wants good customer service, good work, and a good price.

When looking for installation of glass blocks to replace some old garage windows. I was impressed by Glass Block Professional website, commitment to their customers. I called and spoke with a person who said the sales person would get back with me with a date to come out to give me a estimate.Well, I had to call them back to setup the date, which they apologize. The salesperson arrived on the date agreed to, but with no forewarning on time of arrival. He was thorough on how the job would be performed and material use. We agreed on a price and I gave him a deposit and he said he would get back with me on date and timeWell he didnt, I call them and other apologize. The installers did show up on time. But left bad first impression..their work truck was something out of junk yard.. completely rusted out, weatherstripping hanging out the door and left a large oil stain on my driveway. I was surprised they never introduce themselves on arrival, just start working which. I didnt find professional. But they did the installation without a hitch and did a thorough job cleaning up. But after almost a week havent had a follow up on the job. I dont feel they are that professional as they preach

I needed the new windows at my besmant, at the end of September 2019.... I read on google the good reputation that this company has ... I want to tell you that I was my self convinced the what I read on line..!!!. GOD is blessing THIS COMPANY..!!!.. I am pleased for the good work, good price and for the short time they responded to my request...!!.. thank you to this company for the great job has done for my besmant ..!!!..GBY ALL..!!!!

I am very happy with the high quality of work and how straightforward the process was. I will definitely refer them and hire again.

They came on 12-6-19 in their white van. There estimate was $ 230.00 higher than going price. My receipt shows where they tried to Scam the extra cash. I would stay away from this company!!!! I would Highly recommend Experience Glass block the did a Wonderful job, and their technician was fast, courteous, and 230.00 cheaper. Stay away from GLASS BLOCK Vary un- professional. Crooks !!!!

I recently had Glass Block windows installed in my basement. I was concerned because I have wall to wall carpet in my basement. The workers were very professional, paid attention to detail, and removed their shoes when walking on the carpet. The windows look great and the vents eliminated the back draft that caused the pilot light on my hot water heater to keep going out. I will recommend Glass Block Professionals to my friends, family, and business associates.

I contacted several companies about glass block installation but because I only had one window to install no one was interested. Kevin contacted me and came right out to give me an estimate. The window was installed a few days later. The installers were polite and installation was quick. Highly recommend.

I can tell you who not to use. Glass block professionals of Lincoln park. They put my vent in the wrong location, and when I corrected them, the one guy got mad and wouldnt stop swearing. They left mortar everywhere, the driveway, bushes, on my patio... what a mess. The guy working outside wouldnt stop smoking cigarettes, which doesnt stay outside when you have windows removed. And finally, the install was sub-par.

I highly recommend. Awesome job!!!!
