I love this place. I love Lisa. They are both literally amazing.They have gorgeous dresses that somehow straddle timeless and unique, their service is unmatched, the ambiance is perfect, cozy and warm, and its where I found my dream dress.Lisa stayed with me through everything. She was my champion from start to finish. She was so intuitive and was everything that I wanted on a day I had pictured my whole life.The dress was perfect! I felt amazing in it, it felt so different, yet still classy. It was a huge crowd-pleaser and I am just dying for any reason to wear it again.Highly Recommend!

While searching for my daughter’s Bridal gown we went to 3 bridal shops. Something Special was by far the friendliest and the most knowledgeable of their product and the body type of their client. Every dress my daughter tried on looked beautiful on her. They made it an exciting experience for my daughter as it should be. “Something Special” is Something Special!!

Ordered my dress all the way from Alabama and the customer service I had was amazing. My dress came in today and it’s a perfect fit. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Would recommend anyone to this store at least for the customer service as well as the perfect gowns 💕

I had such a wonderful experience picking out my dress from Something Special Bridals. Irene and Lynda were amazingly patient with me over the course of almost two years and were so responsive and helpful from the moment I started trying dresses on until the moment my mom picked my dress up from the store. They treated my mom and me like family and we are forever grateful!

The owners were so welcoming and there was no hard sell. They were very helpful and pleasant. I wish there was a larger selection and more colors available.

The women of Something Special were patient, kind and attentive in helping me find the perfect wedding dress. I’m forever grateful for their help and for making the experience so easy. They are the best!

All of our bridesmaid dresses were a disaster. Some were told to get extra length when they had to go back to a tailor and pay 50+ dollars to remove the length. Some of us had to pay an extra 35+ dollars to get a size big enough and the dresses were 2 sizes too big so again we had to pay to reverse it. I would never ever go back to this boutique these people are out for your money and will tell you to get something extra just because theyre greedy!

Linda, Irene, and Lisa have all been extremely helpful and accommodating. Sweet, sweet, sweet Linda helped me try every combination of a wedding dress, veil, and belt that went with our wedding theme. She was honest and offered gentle suggestions when I asked. Linda, Irene, and Lisa, all welcomed my family and friends with open arms when I brought them back to help me narrow down my choices.For weeks I had been going back and forth between two dresses, one of which happened to be from another boutique. Made an appointment to see the dress again, and learned Linda had surgery a week prior and was not in that day but Lisa would be happy to help. Once Linda heard I was there she showed up in minutes with a smile to help me. Linda whole heartily supported whichever decision I would make. No pressure. In fact, I went back one more time and knowing I still needed more time she even advised not to make a decision that day she wouldnt let me.Slept on it….talked to Irene… she suggested if I was seriously considering the dress to come in to meet with the seamstress Marta to get a feel for how much would need to be altered. After talking to Marta today, I feel confident she can do the job and Irene made the price affordable for me. I put a deposit down n my wedding dress TODAY! Totally excited to see it when its finished. Stay tuned!!!

A terrible experience from beginning to end. We were encouraged to order dresses in a specific size, they came in too big, which necessitated alterations (very expensive) that had to be paid in CASH ONLY. Stains on the dresses, missing hook and eye, uneven hems - A miserable experience. They also promise young girls that purchase their graduation dresses there that no one else will have the same dress, they keep careful track - That is NOT AT ALL TRUE! Worse yet, no apologies for any of the above, a superior attitude is pervasive. Stay away from this shop, you are much better off elsewhere.

First and foremost, the woman who handled the alterations of my bridesmaid dress was either lazy or inept. She tried to cut corners by creating darts instead of actually altering the size, which would have ruined the shape of the dress.Secondly, the customer service was horrendous. When the seamstress had not made it small enough, she accused me of having lost weight. After another alternation (not even a full week thereafter), the dress was too small, and she accused me of gaining weight. I could hear her and another woman arguing over the inexactness of her measurements and methods.Furthermore, after a series of poorly handled interactions, one of the owners accused me of not paying! She literally ran out into the street saying, You owe us money! You owe us money! For the record, I did not. After talking her down, I helped her realized her records were incorrect. Not only was she poorly organized, but she blamed her ineptitude on the customer. Anyone who has worked in customer service before knows this is not the way things should be handled.These women do not deserve your business, and you deserve a better experience.To summarize, I have three words: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
