Tell me something...why can’t someone stand in the shop and simply change out a coil? No harm in that whatsoever. Although, I guess if you’re the manager and have no life, so instead you watch the cameras on a Saturday night, it could present a problem somehow. I go to shops all over the country and this is the first time this has happened. I made a purchase, and I can’t even change a coil. Lame. Next time, make an appearance and ask me not to do that in person instead of having one of your employees do it. They were pretty uncomfortable with it. But, being the type of person I am, I cleaned my mess up and left. Happy?

My girlfriend and her friend were treated hostile, and didn’t give my girlfriend her money back that she was rightfully and lawfully owed. EXTREMELY poor management. EXTREMELY poor service and the store just needs to be shut down at this point or for certain, new management.

Yo I came here on a recommendation and wow it was great the product OOZE Duplex was amazing I may have been a little harsh on the pen were it wont work but thats not the shops fault. I called to see if there was any recommendations and they help on all the info needed. Well I needed a back up and they recommend the best product they can offer me on SALE there trying to help me save money. Cudos for these workers. Much love for you guys. 5/5 on customer service.

I think it’s hilarious I was refused service over not having a mask by the same guy that every time I walk in to the store I catch pulling his mask up. Practice what you preach.

Long time customer, today they lose 3 customers in one transaction. I purchased a Vape yesterday night that stopped working immediately, went in store and they refused to stand behind the product. A customer next to me walked out without buying vapes just hearing what they were saying. Will advise friends and family to stay away...Sad since I had been a loyal customer for about 2 years... I dont get the logic behind losing business over a 15$ vape...

I left 3 stars because I’ve been in here many times before and had great service. But tonight (11/7/19) at about 6:20 pm I experienced something that I have never experience in 40 years of retail shopping that crossed the place off my future shopping list. I was literally standing at the counter (by the products I wanted, not by the register) and the guy working waited on 2 people that walked in after me. I was frustrated, but I figured they walked right up to the register so I’ll be patient. But when another girl walked in as he was finishing and he waited on her and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there, I walked out never to return. Had he said, something to even acknowledge that I had been waiting I wouldn’t have been frustrated. It’s not like I was looking at stuff, I had already done that. I was standing at the counter ready to get my items and be done. I wouldn’t tell other customers not to go here because I have had nothing but great experiences prior to this. But I sure hope that management reads this and does some proper training for future customers. If they were slammed, I could understand losing me in the confusion. But there were 3 people in the store to start out. A girl was helping the other guy, and he was ringing up a girl. It was clear and obvious that I was next. I am beyond disappointed because I used to really like this place.

If you have common sense, practice adult responsibility, and good manners this place will go to the ends of the earth to help you and provide awesome service. Take note NO store is legally supposed to return OR exchange tobacco products. If you need any smoking gear in general, this is the place to get it.

Carton rang up at one price and cashier manually changed it to a higher price. Im not buying here anymore if theyre doing that. If its an error, honor that price then change it in your system after to be correct. You just lost a loyal customer over a couple of dollars.

I have been going to this tobacco shop for the last year or so and the place is incredible. They have a great selection of glass at great prices as well as Vapes, titanium, quartz and most likely whatever else you need in relation. I find they usually have what i need over most other smoke/head shops. Most of the pieces I own at this time are from the tobacco shoppe of Wyoming and I have never had a problem with any of them. The people there are very helpful and patient and I met AJ the owner, he suggested I get a titanium slide which is working wonderfully! Thank you very much

Bought a 40 dollar nectar collector that turned out to be chipped all over the mouth price to the point where it will cut you and they would not let me return used to like these guys but they will screw you over and think nothing of it and literally shrug at you and say I don’t think we can do anything. Lost all respect for this place after that

Just was there but pods from here every other day or so. Owner whatever you wanna call em seemed like a cool guy. Wanted to check out the smok nord the dude wouldn’t even let me hold it. I was about to buy it over priced because I wanted it but for me to not even be able to hold it. You have got to be kidding me I’m a 30 year old man.Update: went to buy some pods. After I buy them them. Manager gets smart with me about my review. Completely unprofessional.Also manager is owner of the store did some research on google. Don’t let him tell you any different.

I came for cigars. Decent selection. I dont think they put much thought into their cigar variety. But good nonetheless. Better than most. More of a glorified headshop. But with so little cigar selection in the area, and them being open on Sundays, Im glad theyre around.

Make sure you check if cracked. They will let you walk out with a cracked piece then try to return it and they want to keep your money. Man guy is very rude. Seems customers have to 100 quality check there product.This shop just places cracked items on good shelfs. And then blames customer they didnt look at it good enough.How do you let someone who is new walk out with cracked and broken items. Just never go to this smoke shop. Twisted monkey those people are kind and water pieces are much nicer.

Friendly smoke shop, catering to everyone from cigars smokers to hooka. Staff was helpful, and of average knowledge. They have a walk in humidor, and are building a new one, this will be much larger than the current one.

HORRIBLE STAFF! No experience in what they sell, they sold me the wrong coils for my vape three different times. They told me a specific vape mod was only a ONE battery mod and when the box was opened it was a TWO battery mod and I specifically did not want that and they gave me a very hard time not wanting to allow me to pick a different MOD since I opened the box based on their information and I also did not leave the store. Horrible service and treats customers very poorly.

This is probably one of the worst headshops for customer service. I bought a sourin I share ecig. (A little overpriced) and two days later the thing refuses to charge in any way. So I bring it back to the store to return it and they say I cant do returns. And I say what do you think you guys could do for me? ($55 vape) And he goes well let me see. Tries a couple things and says yeah its broken. Then unwrapped a new one and it does the same thing !!!! Doesnt charge. Fiddles with it for a while and gets it to start charging. I say that Im weary of the quality due to what I just saw and politely asked for a return again. He then pulls out a second new I share and quick plugs it in under the counter to get it to start charging plays around with it for a minute then shows me that it works and is just fine I tell him that I honestly just dont want to deal with a sketchy product. He says no and sends me on my way. Ive been here a fair amount and to see this side of their business saddens me. Tobacco Shoppe of 28th street you lost a loyal customer today.

Im a longtime customer and i dont know why I still am. They got rid of my daily vape (nillonaire series- menthol )and i talked to a manager who said they would get it back but they never did. Literally gave me the run around for weeks and then says sorry there not getting it. They actually have it back now but not in the menthol which i smoke. . i just by it from the dealer now. They are also overpriced. Half of their staff is nice and knowledgable but the other halfs lack of good character and rude service make it a bitter disapointment. I dont know if ill be going back.
