Outstanding company. I tried out numerous different suppliers when I was searching for someone to routinely buy from. The Vinyl Spectrum was by far the best. The prices are right, the service is amazing & the shipping is unbelievably fast (quicker then Amazon). On top of that, they are so friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. This vinyl store has a wide variety of high quality products with super fast shipping. Their customer service is super friendly. I appreciate their vast knowledge and their willingness to help. They also have the most amazing custom colors and printed vinyl (check out their water color stuff, it’s ah-maz-ing!!).
They have great products and ship extremely quickly. Their prices are very reasonable and sales occur often. However, despite the raving reviews on their Facebook page, I have not found their customer service to be that good. I have never had cute notes or free samples put in my order like so many other customers. I have had issues with 2 orders and emailed them right away. I never received a discount or credit back to my account, just an appology email back. Although I do still use them, because they are the fastest and prices are great, I do hesitate with each order.
