In the last year since I bought my tires I had to go back 4 times because they leaked air and wait because they do not make appointments. When they installed the tires they were supposed to have my car done by 3pm and failed so I had to wait and they never got to doing the front end alignment that was supposed to be completed. Since then I have needed to have a tire replaced via warranty of which I was told would be at no charge then when arriving at the shop was told I had to pay for the tire because it was no longer covered because of tread life. Something that should have been checked when I was there and ordering the replacement tire. (Lost out on two hours work trying to get this done). Its always hurry up and wait, we dont have enough staff and we are doing the best we can. If you dont mind bringing your vehicle multiple times for them to get it right then this is the place for you. There was a lady in there having the same problem of her tires loosing air since they installed her new tires two weeks ago so it seems people just put up with them because they do have good prices but at the cost of workmanship and customer service.

I have gone into Rodriguez about 5 times over the years and every time has been awesome. So many places get a bad reputation trying to rip you off, etc. I witnessed first hand, today, them working with customers, truly listening to what they needed and what they had to spend to send them on their way safe and satisfied. I had brought my own tires and had the guys there mount/balance. OTD $35. Thats as much as another national chain quoted me PER TIRE. Ill be a forever customer.

Blew out a tire Saturday morning and I was about 4 miles away from this tire shop that I had never use. I was able to get a tow to them and they were able to get me in Saturday just before they closed and got me hooked up with a brand new tire! Quick Service, knowledgeable staff and they got me in and out. Definitely earning my business on my next tire purchase!

We had a screw in our tire, we were frantic as it was 5:45 and didnt know the area. They waited for us to get there and fixed our tire. Courteous and professional. They saved the day!! When we need new tires, they have our business even though they are a 45 minute drive from home.

Every time we go to Rodriguez Tire the service is fast, professional and reasonable. Recently we sent in two rims to have new rubber put on. He found a crack, fixed the crack, put the new rubber on and returned the rims looking better than before. We couldnt have been happier. Highly recommended.

I bought a set of Tires and their prices beat all the other competitors. The tires have held up well, and their service is pretty quick for a tire rotation. I did have to wait a couple hours for the installation, but it was a busy day for them - a week before Thanksgiving, after the first snow and ice storm of the season - which is definitely understandable. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you very much.

Took my sons car there and it had extensive damage, to the point of totalling it. They were upfront and honest about what was needed. They couldve taken me to the cleaners, but found ways to save us money on repairs, without jeopardizing the vehicle integrity. They finished the car when promised and never went over in price. I will always use them now. I completely appreciate their honesty, compassion for circumstances, and integrity.

Took my 20 inch wheels and tires to Rodriguez Tire on a Saturday an hour before close and they called me a half hour later telling me the tires were mounted on the wheels. The price was also 60 percent cheaper than the nearest competitor! With this great service I would not hesitate to take another set there for mounting and balancing!

Rodriguez is now my go-to spot for tire needs. I first went to them last year for 4 new all-season tires for under $400, and today it was only $10 to repair a whole caused by a nail on completely different tires! (Old car was totalled, not the fault of the tires)I will be going back when I need new tires again

They started on my car right away, and Installed a used tire and patched my 2nd tire, total price $51!!! Theyre locally owned and growing. Very positive experience here. I called ahead and they overestimated the wait time. I dont know if thats common practice or not, but its nice to not have to wait longer than expected especially on a busy Saturday morning. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out tires. They explained their policy regarding free tire rotation and replacement of the tires if they are defective or wear out sooner than expected which is a nice perk. Overall very happy I went here.

So Rodriguez has been doing my tires on all my vehicles for a couple years. Always professional and fair priced. I recently brought in my Jeep compass for new tires and learned they have a staff mechanic. Because of my history with them I gave them the work instead of the mechanic I had made an appointment with to fix my rear suspension. Not only were they quick to inspect and give me a quote, they chose to be honest with me and inform me the previous mechanic had exaggerated the severity of the problem and saved me at least $500 in parts. They could have just as easily swapped out those parts I didnt need and make more money off of me and the fact they didnt speaks volumes to me in terms of their trustworthiness.
