They had everything I was looking for, which was Pinaud Clubman Powder, Styling Gel, Aftershave lotion. The one who waited on me was nice and was there to help me out. She even did a price check for me. I did get it for a good low price. Many thanks to her. I will ask for your name next time I come back here.

This is my favorite Sallys here in GR. The ladies are very helpful, honest, and friendly. They truly give their honest opinion about a product to make sure it is a product for your hair type and not just trying to make money off of you. I am here about 3 times a month and the ladies know me and leave me be so I can browse and check on me here and there (not overbearing at all) Ines, Geo, and Yas are the bomb!

These girls always help me, make me feel welcomed every time. Especially the tall skinny one she’s soo polite and beautiful. Just makes me n my family want to keep coming back.

Apparently doing inventory is more important than customer service. One person was in the back office while two others were on the floor and they were YELLING item numbers through the store. Not one employee offer to help me and no one came to the check out. Ill start taking my business somewhere else.

I love this store much better service then the Grandville and Kentwood stores the young ladies are always eager to help no matter which sales person is in there. They are always so helpful speak to you soon as you come in the door always willing to help you find whatever you need. I am in there quite a bit, because I am a hairdresser. I usually shop at Salon Centric but they are not always open when I need them so I go to Sallys when Salon Centric is closed. And Sallys in Wyoming have products I dont find at the (Salon Centric) professional stores.

I go to numerous Sallys locations in my area and East side of the state but tge Wyoming location is by FAR the best!!! Not only is the staff professional,knowledgeable,and thorough but they go out of their way to help find me the exact product I am looking for.The staff is fun and I always leave smiling or laughing over stories shared while Im checking out.The store is super clean,organized,and always stocked.Worth going out of your way or driving abit further to shop at this location.You guys Rock!!!

It has wonderful options to get everything that you need all in one place and the choices are something in a small amount or something in a book of Mount but youre not forced to buy book when you dont need it but they have it as an option I love this place

Good for all your do it your selfers for grooming needs and neccesitys and more.

Nothing here for guys to do besides awkwardly sit on their phones while they silently follow their significant other around.
