They had my starburst cherry Yoplait yogurt and yoplait strawberry smoothie yogurt with no fruit there getting hard to find now in stores neither meijers or D&W carry them like they use to .I was happy to get them I bought 10 cherry starburst Yoplait yogurt and 10 strawberry smoothie no fruit yoplait yogurt these are my favorite ones I like the best and eat .Thank you for carry them I understand about supply and demand they cant keep up but I hope you are able to keep getting them being delivered to your storeI eat a lot of yogurt every 2 weeks I buy 20 of them .

Store was nice and clean! Pleasant to shop. Primarily there for pharmacy and they were very nice and helpful. I have shopped there in the past and the deli has an amazing selection of foods to take and go.

Always clean store, good variety of products. Some items found here, not found elsewhere locally. Hardly ever anyone at the service counter or regular checkouts. Self serve checkouts always open though!

Upon arrival I see a recycling machine. This store is filled with lots of things groceries to household needs.

The employees are nice but they are ALWAYS out of things I want. When they run out of an item, it can be many weeks before its back in stock. Theyve been out of regular size Stauffers mac and cheese for a month now. I would think thats a popular item, so youd think theyd restock it. This is just one example of many I could give.

The Prices here are way higher than your average Grocery Store like Meijer even with the Yes card! Quality Of the produce is hit or miss and gotta check expiration dates cause some items expire same day n they don’t check it or remove from shelf. Only go here if I have to!!

Isles are very cluttered with display stockCannot navigate with handicapped cart down many islesThey are hard to get to because stacked sodas right next to them. Pharmacy is always courteous a helpful.

I dont usually shop here and when I do, I always find something I never knew I needed. The lay out isnt typical to other stores so I tend to spend a little more time here. The discount for gas is a nice benefit when you sign up for rewards ( which you can do on the spot) but not every Family Fare Supermarket has a gas station in the same parking lot or attached.

Its more expensive than other grocery stores but its cleaner and I feel less stressed shopping here

There is some variation between Family Fares and this is a really nice one. The deli is large and you can move around the store. They also have the fullest selection of food of any Family Fare. Also it is really clean.

Good selection in this store in comparison to the one nearest me.

Someone broke a glass bottle coming into the interest way... And I told it to the staff and they just tried to ignore me... So I kicked it out of the way for to have no one to get cut by it...

The store was very clean and the way everything is placed makes it look very appealing. Customer service people are awesome, you are greeted coming in and going out. Everything is very easy to find. I would rate this store higher but it only gives a 5 star 🌟 🌟

Shelves were well stocked when I was there. I did not much to get but was able to find everything I needed pretty quickly.

This Family Fare is well maintained, always clean, and always well-stocked. I used to go here (before covid19) often to get lunch at the salad bar. The Salad Bar and Hot Plate Self Serve counter can be a little pricey but the food is always good. The Starbucks staff in this store is also always friendly. I would like to point out, however, there is an older woman who typically works in the deli area who is NOT very friendly...

I was making a bottle return and the customer service agent basically told me I was going to slow/holding up the line. She came over and pressed the button on my machine, handed me my slip and proceeded to tell me that she didnt even think the store took back the bottles I was returning. I am not from that area and happy for that! It was my first and last time ever going there. I will go out of my way to tell people about the negative experience I had!!!!

Joy, the lady working around 10pm was the nicest person ever. I was $7 short on getting baby stuff and the machine didnt accept cash and she just paid the $7. Wonderful woman. God bless her. I offered to pay her and she refused. She deserves a raise!!!

Prices are a little more but its super easy to get in and out. They usually even bag my groceries at the u scan. Which is so cool.

I enjoy going to this store as it is clean, well organized, and the employees were very kind, pleasant, and attentive to your needs. I was able to get a freshly sanitized cart from one of them upon my entrance into the store.I was able to find what I went to get and was able to go through the self check out lane right away and proceeded to exit the store a few minutes later upon my entering the store.Thank you all for providing an excellent service and having a well groomed store.

The Family Fare in Elmore is a nice place to do some quick shopping. They have a reduced price room that I love shopping in, I get great deals on coffee in there! They also have a reduced price freezer section where you can get tons of amazing deals on everything from ice cream & Sara Lee Pies to bacon, burger & butter! I save a lot of money here, so I really load up the cart in those two sections. I do have to say, the rest of the store is fairly expensive, but no more than Leppinks in Lakeview. But the 2 discount areas really make this store worth coming to.One more drawback is that they do not have their bottle return machine up & running. Now this is really nonsensical. I realize COVID-19 is rampant& all, but 1st of all, everyone else has their bottle returned systems back to operating standards by now, and secondly, here, they have the machine where you just shove your bottles in! They dont have to actually count them for you, and actually touch each can or bottle! This is not good customer service. To keep the bottle machine down. People need to be able to turn their cans in.And one more thing..why..why is there ALWAYS help wanted on the marquee? Do they just pay poorly? Or is the owner hard to work for? Makes you wonder.

Grocery store chain. Usually quite clean. Their prices are quite a bit higher than competition. I usually run here If I just need a couple quick things and dont want to drive to their competition.

Metro health family fare supermarket is one of the best F.F. supermarket around. They have a great deli and produce and seafood selection.

I have loved shopping at this location since the remodel. Great fresh food quality.

They had most of what I wanted. One item they didnt have, they knew where to check for it. Two people helped me quickly.

Everyone was super nice. We did curbside pickup and to delivery person was prompt, masked, and very pleasant. The order was accurate and their stock was plentiful. Overall a good experience!

I enjoy this location. While it cam be more expensive than other grocery chains in the area, I am always astonished with their produce section. The produce always looks great and I dont have to worry about not finding what I need. They also offer fresh options and healthy options throughout the store. This location has good parking and is convenient to the area.

Due to medical concerns, I havent been to a large grocery chain since the middle of March. Today when I went to Family Fare i was impressed with the changes they made and I felt very comfortable shopping there. (It was also well-stocked.) Thank you, Family Fare, for all you have done.

They do a great job shopping for me. They call me about any substitutes when needed. I love the pickup service at this store.

This family fair location offers a variety of different raw and cooked foods that the other locations in Grand Rapids do not have.

Shopping here is a breeze if you dont have a key card dont stop here prices are a little pricey but with a key card theyre not so when you get up to the cash register at your first time get a key card

We went to the 56th/Byron Center. Brought back close to six months worth of bottles and cans. Our Wilson/44th Street Family Fare does not accept bottle returns yet. We restocked our fresh fruit and vegetables. Their produce was nice.

They never seem to have enough cashiers to get people checkout quickly. This store gets really busy around 5pm when people make a quick shopping stop after work on their way home. Outside of staffing issues its a nice store thats always clean and well stocked.

Lady at the front door accosted me and came unglued on me because I started returning my cans. Screaming about how only 2 people can use the machines at a time I was so shook from this encounter that I dropped the cans and ran out. I really felt like a beat down dog. I will not be returning.

Was looking to buy white cream filled long johns. No one available to ask in the bakery department, if the long johns were filled. Meat dept. didnt know, so I left without making a purchase. Its very disappointing.

Yay! I was finally able to return cans! They do have a $25 limit and only two people at a time allowed in bottle return area.

The doughnuts are excellent. They also have no problem adding more chocolate icing to the cinnamon frycakes. Just ask and its done. Salad bar was fresh and the wings bar was wonderful. Clean and organized, no problems finding what Im looking for.

Little bit more expensive than Walmart and Meijer but they tend to have items in stock and their produce is well maintained. If you buy when things are on sale, its definitely worth going here.
