The place is absolutely amazing.. they have an amazing team of staff that is always ready to assist you.. the pharmacy in town hands down.

My visit to this facility on Nov. 3 was particularly successful. My thanks to Sherri, in Produce, for her over-the-top accommodation and help. She was kind, patient, and most pleasant.

I go here late and love the store. The staff is always amazing and helpful. Never a dull moment and usually always have what I went there for.

Its a grocery store and does what grocery stores do. Its closer to home than the bigger stores and makes it convenient for when I need something quickly.

I actually went to the pharmacy and they were very good and traded my prescription for the right brand without giving me any problems The only thing is the lady had a hard time understanding English that I did not like

The only downfall of this supermarket is they dont have large variety of authentic ethnic meats and tortillas, i.e, carne asada ..other than that the people are friendly and the prices are right.

If you have a yes card you can catch some good sales. To go place for bday cakes and Mexican pan dulce. Bought this beautiful hibiscus tree from here!

Went 24 hours, went downhill. This used to be a great store but since they went to 24 hours (pre-covid) the neighborhood has ruined it. The employees are great, and I think do their best, but there is no hope for it.

I like the atmosphere of the store, nicer employees and a laid back shopping experience.

Reminds me of vgs on eastern and central part of state. If shopping the sale items they are very competitive, but tend to be high on non sale and non perishable. Lots of services available and a Starbucks inside

Store was clean, adequate number of cashiers, polite employees. The person who gathers the carts wiped down all the handle bars with disinfectant. The cashier I had was fast and polite but his mask wasnt covering his nose. Improper mask wearing gts them 4 stars instead of 5.

Family farce prices were not bad. Caught a couple specials. The customer service was excellent. If Im ever in town again I will definitely stop again. Thank you

Great service. Prices were higher than other stores. I have no idea why. Liquor says State Min, but the Franzia Wine was at lease $5 more than other stores. Guess it depends. Great options in Brats.

Finally a store I like. After living by Detroit, I really missed shopping at a Kroger store. Family Fare made me feel like I was back in the Detroit area ( not a bad thing). The store was super clean, nice selection and the employees were helpful. This will definitely be my neighborhood store.

Messy, produce not great. Not as nice as it used to be.

Prices are decent and alcohol selection is pretty good. Lots of good craft beers and wine.

Shopped here tonight with 3 instacart orders, hauling 2 different carts, had a question about the location of a few items (one they no longer carry - canned delectables wet cat treats) and both employees I asked were very friendly and helpful and then when I got to the checkout, the cashier was very sweet and patient while I had to pay separately for all the orders and scan the barcodes on my phone. Another woman even bagged them all up and continued to keep each order separate for me when putting them back into the cart. Great service and very much appreciated! And from what I noticed, everything was stocked!

One star because its close. Its Over priced.. I seen the same floor Walker following all the time. I have never gave suspicion. I understand they do thier job but it gets so noticeable. Ive actually have had to say things before. The tall girl with brown hair. She is on the bigger side and is the worst. Let people shop in peace. I seen her do that to others, twice, ( I go alot) and have actually stopped them and they had a receipt. Seems like she is trying to get anyone arrested.

UPDATE 7/29/21FAMILY FARE DOESNT PRICE MATCH !!!even though I went to the register telling the cashier I was concerned about making sure I got the deal where I had to buy so many items to get so many dollars off each item I ended up leaving without the proper discounts. there were no prices by the refrigerated pet food so I didnt know what I was going to pay until I got to the register. While at the register the register was closing and somehow ended up with four employees within six ft of me in my aisle with me. Not thrilled with my visit also not thrilled that I have to go back to speak with a manager about everything and get my correct discounts.

Awful fruit and veggies shelf life . Rot in a day or 2 . Same for cheese and yogurt expires in days . I think all the family fares send there foods that expire or close to it to the Burlingame location . As if the people that gp to that location dont deserve fresh but pay for it . I will no longer grocery shop at this location one . ( Burlingame )

Went there today to find out they canceled their event . Dont post something for 2 weeks and then cancel the day of. What a waste of my time.

Awful checking out! One cashier. No one to help bag. It was terrible. 20 plus people in line to check out. Finally a customer left his wife in line and helped bag groceries to help speed things up.Staffing was simply terrible. Two people were working the service desk. They didnt even help! One employee was helping people in the self check out aisle. Then two employees in the parking lot slowly gathering carts. They could have helped bag. Very poor management and staffing at this store. Its gotten worse and worse.

A great local grocery store that has good selection of food at reasonable prices. Quicker experience to buy and shorter drive to get to than big box stores. Nice staff, too.

Its a grocery store and they had what I needed. I do wish they had a little more deli selection. Ended up with a cub sandwich. It was alright. As a truck driver been to a lot of grocery stores across the country. For the small size of that store, its pretty good.
