The crew there was awesome. They loaded my truck as soon as I got there and let me stay the night there. They are how companies should be. Fantastic crew. Thank you very much.
Bought a viking tub. Spent $6800 and it hasnt worked right since day one. Wr have called over 40btimes to get it repaired. Technicians have been to our house 9 times and made minor repairs. The technicians say there is a short somewhere inside it and it should be replaced. I have called the shop we bought it from and have had no help from them. Multiple messages to Viking with zero responses
I think Viking is very poor in customer service. I ordered a Hot Tub from a Toledo OH Retailer on March 14th and I was told that Viking could fulfill my Dreams of Warm Soaking under the stars in 3 to 4 weeks. When It turned over 5 to 6 weeks, I began to call my retailer. They told me Viking had accidentally deleted my order and moved on to filling others before running low on parts. I emailed viking two weeks ago with no response. I was just recently told maybe the middle of June by my retailer. That will be 12 weeks or more IF it happens by then. I built a patio area in the cold of March expecting to finish It with a hot tub. NO SUCH LUCK. And no response from Viking. No way to handle a mistake that you made Viking. Especially to a Veteran. And from a Michigan company. My own home state. Im disappointed.
Great people . FCFS facility . Trailer only door 3 they use as the spa are big thats the only loading big foot they have .Overall great place easy in and out.No sleeping space except if none comes before you there .
Worker Review: Dont work here 😂 they’ll use you and then give your position to someone who does less and hasn’t earned it. Worked here since November, team leading, went on vacation for TWO DAYS and they were already tryna replace me. They aren’t family oriented and they don’t value their good employees.
Great hot tubs!
I’ve had this hot tub for less than a year and have needed to replace all speakers at least once due to them GETTING WET. The jet covers also blew off within the first few days, and even after being replaced, they never were able to stay back on. I truly wish I would have spent more money with a different company. Viking Spas SUCK.
Trucker Review: Fast loading, very friendly staff, small lot, little tight to back in but not to hard. Indoor restroom, vending machines, great place to stop.
After having a horrific time with the retailer(At Home Recreation) I called Viking Spas. I was treated with respect and professionally by Viking. They are going out of their way to try and help me. Doesn’t matter the outcome the fact that each person I spoke to treated me so well means everything! It’s a shame their product is associated with such an unprofessional retailer.
Just bought a Viking spa in June one month later my control panel stopped working called the warranty company they sent someone out quick but the repair man made me feel like I was lying about my lights n jets not workingMade a complaint and now it’s been two months since I used this spa nor have I heard when they will be back out to repair my hot tubI thought it was a good idea to by a Michigan made product boy was I wrong never again will I buy a Viking spa I’m about to demand my money back
This company makes a quality tub that is affordable, tough as nails and takes hydrotherapy seriously. As a dealer, we have sold many of these units with minimal issues. This company treats us like were their only customer, and were definitely not. If you are interested in a spa, Viking is definitely a tub you should consider.
Experienced spa owner over 30 years and my Viking 3 is an excellent spa and even better value! Obviously it helps if youve owned other spas and know how to handle water chemistry as previous reviews reflect. Super energy efficient and great hydrotherapy. Sorry other people arent having the FUN I am with a great hot tub.
Amazing place to work, management really shows appreciation to good workers
Im giving 2 stars because thats how many years Ive enjoyed the hot tub. Its a few days past 2 years old and already needs a new motor. Its cheaper to buy a motor off the shelf than to utilize my warranty? Ok spa service thankyou for nothing there. .... I love the hot tub but now I have to dish out close to 500 -600 for a new motor. Oh well you live and you learn .
I currently have their Legacy 2 in my backyard and couldnt be more happy with the seating layout, power from the jets and overall quality of the tub. Viking offers a great value for the consumer without breaking the bank while still being equipped with quality parts: balboa spa packs, century pumps, etc. Id highly recommend Viking.
Love the spa but hated the design and placement of the power panel. If i was rating Viking based upon the ability to easily connect the power Id give them a zero. When you take off the exterior side panels youll see 2 2x4 studs. One of the 2x4 studs was directly in the way of the access door of the power panel and so it was impossible for the electrician to open the panel door to gain access to the panel. My electrician had to literally cut the top and bottom of the 2x4 to remove it so he could connect the power to the panel. Then we had to reinstall the 2x4 EXACTLY because it has 2 inserted screw holes to attach the exterior side panels and the screw holes had to align PERFECTLY with the holes in the side panels. TERRIBLE design. It cost me an extra $50 for the extra 30 minutes it took my electrician to deal with this terrible design.Luckily my local spa dealer, Leisure Concepts in Madison, WI gave me a $50 store credit so I wasnt out the money myself. Thanks for the response, but you werent there. The cover for the panel opened less than 2 inches and there was no way for the electrician to get into the panel and make all of the proper connections. The issue was the panel cover. It wouldnt open far enough to allow the tabs to slide out from the bottom of the panel. The upright was in the way. We would have had to break the tabs off of the cover in order to get it off, but we didnt want mice or anything to get into the panel, so our only option was to cut the upright. Youre welcome to send your own electrician to see the issue. If you prove me wrong Ill be happy to admit that and update this review. Until then, the customer is always right.
Do not buy a Viking Spa- Very poor quality. Our family has had a hot tub in our home for over 20 years, so we are familiar with the operation and care. We recently purchased a Viking Spa from a local dealer.... horrible product, poor quality, and dont let me start on the service. Honestly Id rather get my 15+ year old one back from the Dump. We ended up receiving an incorrect product, then the day our hot tub was installed... the heat sensors needed to be replaced?? Yes!! We bought a brand new Viking tub. Everyday we go to use our tub there is a different error code.... and dont let me get started on the jets and staining. Please do yourself and your family a favor and do not buy a VIKING SPA. All we keep asking Viking to do is stand behind their product, I think our tub is totally defective send a representative out to understand all of our issues so we can have some enjoyment. Very frustrated and unhappy Viking Spa Purchaser.
We are so pleased with our experience! The crew at the Pool Doctor in Boise --Evan, Cindy, Brian and all their supporting staff-- are the BEST! We love our new Viking Spa!! Thank you!!
Highly recommend Viking Spas and Spas & More in Port Charlotte, FL the service from both companies far exceeded expectations. A genius designed the Aurora 3 model! The placement, power, adjust-ability of the jets are ergonomically and therapeutically brilliant.Every seat has a specific function and I could not be happier. Havingsuffered for years from Rheumatoid Arthritis, this spa is a pleasure and delight beyond words. An added bonus is the ability to use Spazazz aroma therapy products. The lighting, waterfall and cup holder features are also an excellent touch. Every member of the Spas & More staff was polite, courteous, honorable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Spas & More and Viking Spas for standing behind your products. Mona B. Matlacha, FL
Love our Aurora PSL hot tub but the plug had to be replaced after 3 weeks of purchase. Not happy. Had a prior hot tub of another brand for 14 years and that never happened.
Beware Viking Spas! I found their spas are poorly designed of low quality non-durable materials, and their company features very rude customer by service rep Doug and Gary his supervisor!I purchased t a Viking Spa for our second home and left over manufacturing debris and small parts began shooting into the water from the system innards. This lasted for a couple months.Even worse the black plastic (they referred to it as shrink-wrap) moisture barrier on the bottom of the spa lid started falling apart despite our very low use of chemicals. Its debris has been falling into the water in small, hard to collect pieces. The moisture barrier’s failure allows the Styrofoam in the lid-cover to accumulate moisture. The lid is so heavy now I can barely lift it away to use the spa. My spouse cannot lift it at all!The Viking Customer Service & Supervisor Reps were uncivil and dismissive from the get-go, even when I mentioned that Id pay for a new lid, hopefully at a reduced price. All they offered was for me to make a claim with their vendor which makes their lids while saying that it was likely they would say that the disintegration of the moisture barrier was my solely my fault for over treating with chemicals. It seemed as if this was an often used dodge to avoid standing behind their products. But we use a low chemical additive system recommended by the Viking Dealer called Aqua Finesse, which permits using considering smaller amounts of chlorine, etc.Gary, the abrupt and rather rude supervisor, revealed that Viking does not handle warranties for vendor made components, which like the pump and controls constitute substantial and main parts of the assembled spas. This is unlike most reliable spa and other manufacturers who warrant their product even parts of it are provided by outside vendors. By the way, this spa is not my first one. We have owned a Hot Springs spa at our full time residence for over a decade and that company completely stands behind their products responsibly even though some main parts are supplied by outside vendors. BTW, Hot Springs are much higher quality and have much better controls, unlike the confusing, user unfriendly controls on the Viking Spas. The Viking people also immediately tried to wiggle out of any responsibility for the failing lid-cover by saying we put in too much chemical(s). It sounded like this was their usual spiel, however my spouse really abhors chemicals, so again we use a very low potency chemicals additive system recommended by the Viking Dealer called Aqua Finesse, which allows considerably smaller doses of chlorine, etc. Anyway, the lid moisture barrier began disintegrating within 2-3 months and my approach was not to fight over that, but to try to buy a new spa lid-cover at something less than the full retail price because I thought I had received a defective lid in the first place. As I said Viking never rose to a reasonable customer service position and instead talked over me. They immediately said everything was my fault without hearing my full story. So I have to conclude Viking provides substandard products and therefore offers substandard service after the sale.Viking Spas is not a company I will ever do business with again, and I hope you are forewarned as well.
Ive sold hot tubs for twenty years and Viking is by far the best i ever sold.
Fast and Friendly to load... good job
Had a Viking tub, moved and bought a 2nd (too far to move the tub). Great tubs, affordable, love the 6HP, easy maintenance.
We are a very reputable family owned and operated business. The largest retailers across the country sell our spas because taking care of our customers is a standard we live by. The last reviewer, Mr. Diglio, called our customer service tech immediately began demanding we send him parts. His insulting comments didnt stop with our company. He began insulting and swearing at our employee. Our employee still remained on the phone trying to understand his issues and help but finally had to end the call based upon the insulting and horrible language. Please get all the facts before making a buying decision based upon one persons comments. Thank you.
Great hot tub, very well made, built in North America
Really nice ppl
