I bought a new rug for my home office and then realized Id need help installing it under my 600-lb L-shaped desk. So I hired Two Men and a Truck. They sent 2 men (!!) and they did a great job. It was very challenging to get the rug under the desk, but they kept at it until it was perfect. They were very respectful of my furnishings and cleaned up the packing materials when they left. Highly recommend for moving AND day labor!

Last fall I hired two men and a truck because I was moving, I even had them store most of my furniture it was a good experience. Everything was fine until I had to move my stuff in my new home. On July 20th they were suppose to come at 11:30 but they messed up the time, and the movers couldn’t find my home even when I gave the office clear directions the day before. Well after unpacking my stuff over half of my glass cups were broken, my sectional is covered in dirt and my automatic trash can doesn’t work anymore and has a few dings. I called left a message, and submitted a claim and there has been 0 contact from them. I would never recommend them. Hire someone else.Update: don’t try and pass this issue to someone else. I’m adding the receipt with your franchise address.

Overall great experience. The movers showed up slightly later than the agreed upon time window, but it was clearly out of their control.Bonni at the office is great and the guys who moved us were great as well. I can only imagine how terrible some of the customers for these types of services are, so I really appreciate them being cool to work with. We also had some very tight moving conditions at the old place and it still all got done with almost no damage to furniture.Thank you!!!!

The team from Two Men and a Truck did a great job. I paid close to $170.00 for about 20 minutes of their time and the only hitch was I had asked if they could remove the packing materials for me and they said they would have to charge me but didnt know how much that would be (a got the message that they didnt want to do it since they didnt quote me a price). I wouldnt have asked for a simple box but the container was for a 200 lb treadmill and was about 6 ft long with fiberboard bracing. It was quite a job cutting this thing up with a saw and piecing it out for trash pickup over a couple of weeks. It was my thought that they would have access to bulk cardboard pickup via their business. Other then this disappointment I was happy with their work but I think having the ability to remove packaging would be a nice addition to customer service even if I had had to pay for it.

On the one hand, the men that moved me were fantastic. Very professional, hard working, kind and dedicated to the job. However, when I set up my move I told the office everything I had, which is not an unreasonable amount, and they budgeted one truck. I figured one truck would work, but when it showed up, it was only a 16 ft truck (which apparently is the largest size they have). On the day of the move it became apparent that one truck would not cut it. When everything didnt fit they presented no option for my remaining items leaving me stranded with remaining furniture at my home. When it was all over the men that did the work were 10/10 amazing, but I hired Two Men and a Truck to move me and they failed to move all my items.

Worst experience ever! I only have a 1,000 sq foot home. I had some things packed up in totes in the attic and a few other things in the basement. It took them 10 hours to move and I only moved 2 miles away. They left 8 items on the wall that I asked them to take. They broke a light and put a hole in the wall at my new place. They didnt put the glass back some of my tables and shelves. They lost a screw that holds on the shade to a lamp. The senior person seemed to have an attitude. Ive used 2 men before but this is the worst experience by far.

The two men who performed our move (Hunter, Chris) were prompt, very professional, very careful of our property, and very pleasant and personable during the move. We asked them to move items from two different locations and also help us arrange some of our heavier items in our new abode. First they was late by an hour. Secondly, They need to teach their guys not to talk in front of the customers when they say “The slower we take moving their stuff The more tips we get.” Well let’s say that tip that he thought he was going to get went to that extra hour that I had to pay. BE CAREFUL! This company estimated the cost of our move to be $2500 and after the move they said “sorry for the bad news, but the final cost is $4100.” We would not have used this company if we would have had a more accurate estimate up front, but that decision was taken from us. Seemed like questionable business practices getting our business with a lowball quote. Management said they would see what they could do and get back to me but after a week and a half I have still not heard anything.On a positive note, the movers themselves were great!

I was recently moved by two gentlemen, Jeff and Trevon, who were nothing less than absolute professionals the entire time. They were friendly, polite, and highly sensitive to the condition of my belongings during the move. They worked nearly 8 hours in 90° and high humidity and never complained about it once. It made the moving experience immeasurably less stressful than if I had done it myself and I could not be more grateful for that. Real nice guys who did a great job

I was not happy with the service. The men seemed to move somewhat quickly initially, but continued to get slower and slower. By the end of the move, they were clearly milking the clock and went two hours over the estimate even though I didnt request any additional furniture to be moved. For example: it took an hour for them to reassemble a simple dining room table! They stood around talking, laughing and joking quite a bit rather than working. I dont appreciated paying hundreds over the estimate for them to have social time.They also damaged part of my bed but instead of compensating me financially, they expect me to coordinate with the third party of their choosing to come to my house, give me an estimate, and then come back and repair it. What a hassle!! I should be able to have it repaired by whomever I choose and then bill them. I think they do that because most people dont feel like dealing with yet another company for minor damage.I would not use this company again and I do not recommend them.

They had some difficulties that resulted in minor damage, but not because of their workmanship but rather the constraints of the area through which we asked them to bring the furniture. I am completely unsatisfied with the service of Two Men and a Truck of Wyoming, MI.This experience has been the worst. My apartment building was re-doing the flooring in each unit and hired Two Men and a Truck to move residents into temporary units for two weeks. Upon my move into the temporary unit, the company completely destroyed my brand new leather sofa and bedroom furniture purchased a few months ago. And when I say destroyed, I mean those exact words. I could not be present during the move because of work but I returned to the disaster without them notifying the leasing office or myself. Moreover, I left a toilet bowl brush and holder in the bathroom and did not pack it inside of a box for sanitary reasons--- instead of carrying this to the temporary unit, they separated the toilet bowl brush from the holder and placed it in a box that was full of pots and pans! How disgusting! I had to throw away these pots and pans because I did not want to risk becoming sick.Not to mention, when they moved me back into my original unit two weeks later they damaged my sofa even more and shattered a new mirror. They had a group of college students that were joking around without supervision moving my furniture. The management team admitted to cutting corners and not properly wrapping my furniture to save time. They repeatedly stated, “we understand” and only offered to use their third party company to patch and repair the severe damage done to my furniture. After a month and a half of getting tired of them giving me the run around, I was forced to sue them in small claims court.I would advise and avoid using their services. Even take a look at the recent comments below; they’re pretty similar and consistent in experience. In conclusion, it has been a terrible experience---don’t put yourself through the stress. I have pictures upon request since there is no option to upload onto here.
