Easy to deal with kinda hard to pay things off in the time frame of same as cash option

Not only went through 4 sets of living room furniture in just a few weeks they’ve now for the second time taken money out of my account from an old set of furniture that I don’t even have anymore!! I stopped my business with RAC due to skin reaction from their furniture that I went to the doctor for! I want my two payments back that’s unauthorized. I don’t pay insurance for old furniture I don’t even have through you guys anymore! Needs sorted immediately and contacting my bank and BBB!!

I have rented from Rent a center since I was 18 and rented a pioneer stereo with really big speakers. I rented at The Middletown store for years..But now Im in Xenia and I rent from this one. I have no credit.and If it breaks they will fix it or replace it. So far they have for me. I am renting a phone through there right now a note 10. Its alot more to.pay but its the price you pay for rent to own. The staff in there is really nice.Rhonda will work with you if you have a problem. You cant complain about it being expensive if you know the price going in.The staff is great. I gave them 4 stars only because if your late with your payment. They will call alot. They are getting better. If j say ill be in Sat they will call again and say well so and so didnt put that in the notes. Its a communication thing.And yes you do eventually own it if you pay long enough.

Nice guys delivered our washer dryer set,but they need to be wearing masks coming into peoples homes. One guy talked the entire time the other guy did all the work,poor guy

Professional Harrassment at its finest! Family has rented various things over time, of course, at ridiculously high interest rates essentially but, what are you going to do when you need something and are broken. Regardless, last rental was laptop & tablet combo & laptop was returned but the tablet was stolen from my 10 year old kid who shouldnt have really had it in first place. I now receive 6 or more calls a day and have been ambushed at my work twice even though they know ALL of this and it cant be changed. Thats what the insurance I am made to pay for fixes. Long story made less long, just do NOT go here unless you have NO other possible option because even if the account isnt even in you name, like me, you will regret every stepping into ANY Rent-a-Center store.

Every store has different items.. remember u are renting to own so something u buy for 600. Is gonna cost. U 1200 or more.

They are so friendly to my family and I have gotten plenty of things from them.

I had moved into a home and decided to go thru them to get a few items, knowing Id pay much more for the items then their worth. I ALWAYS make sure sure they are taken care of payment wise, sometimes based on payroll periods its a little late. Anyway, they will literally harrass you the day the payment is due and every day after until its paid. Today, Saturday i started getting calls at 8:25am, threatening me over my late payment. In the past they even applied my payment to someone elses account. These people are brutal. If you go this route for items pay before your payment is due or you will receive two calls a day, every day until its paid. This is not an exaggeration, Id be more than happy to show my call history on my phone. Again I want to say, I ALWAYS get them taken care of, Im never more than two weeks late and you could say pay on time and this wouldnt happen or like many folks sometimes things are tight through holidays, winter months... bottom line I would just save your money buy what you need out right and never go through this Rent A Center in Xenia.

Its exactly what you expect

Got a bunk bed through them and when they delivered it, the mattress had tears and pieces of the mattress torn out. I called them up when I got home, they said they would order me new mattresses and never did till I had to call back to check on them. Then, they told me they are ordering it right then. Over a month and still do not have them. Do not rent from this place all they are is crooked people.

Left a very rude a concerning note on my door when i was hospitalized and late on my payment. Received my furniture broken and they offered to put glue to fix it.
