I was shopping for a car and stopped in found a car I liked; I was working with Melanie. I wanted to think about it and went back the next day. That is when I was pawned off on a younger guy. He told me I might just want to keep my equinox. Really? I was told they would call me which didnt happen. I had to call them. After being insulted several different times I decided I would take my business elsewhere. I refuse to be insulted by someone who looked to be barely out if high school. I took my business up the road and found something I fell in love with! A 2020 Nissan Altima, bought it with no problem. I would not recommend allen besco car lot to my worst enemy!

The men (employees) were good - to work with and happy to help! The owners (two daughters/new owners) were very rude, have NO SENSE of customer service. Very stern, not happy or cordial AT ALL!!! I would move on to next business if personality or flexibility are important to you. Total negativity in every way, either buy it or leave!!! and that is an exact quote from one owner! The same person (owner) seems to be in attack mode towards her customers and likes to threaten them regarding service. Obviously, there is a MICRO MANAGER hard at work. It is hard to believe you can spend $20,000 for a vehicle and not expect two keys, another issue unresolved. I just now read the response to my post. First of all, I was inside the office to sign the papers of purchase, since it was in both our names! Secondly, I have purchased many cars and NEVER been promised things like using our charge card for travel miles and then told no we wont keep our verbal agreement when we were doing the paperwork. I am not a kid, and have over 30 years of public service to the Dayton community, and this is the first time I have ever heard such rude verbage towards a customer. We have been very pleased with our van, but there is NO WAY customers should be brow beat for asking questions. Obviously, my recall is very different from the response given. I assure anyone with experience and maturity would not and will not accept such disrespect as a patron. The owners need to do some soul searching and think before giving harsh responses.

I continue to praise the Lord, coming home from New York City last weekend 7-2-17, I had an unfortunate accident with Bambi the deer. I took my vehicle to Allen Besco to have a full detail done on Tuesday and have already been asked by several friends and family who detailed my vehicle. It looks like a new one and it’s a 2014. I took my 19 year old son in to look at a Mazda 3. Joe was very friendly and helpful. He did more listening than talking and he did not try to pressure us in to anything. He suggested other makes and models to my son that would be more in his budget range and he wanted us to take them for test drives. He treated my son as he would his own. We decided to stay with the Mazda 3 as it gets excellent gas mileage and has many safety features. When we told Joe he insisted that he would get my son in that car today...it was well past closing time and it was New Year’s Eve! Joe told my son to bring the car in any and every time he feels it needs looked at. We were treated like intelligent human beings by Joe and everyone else there. I highly recommend this small family owned business, it didn’t even feel like a dealership!

I was super stressed out last week because of car issues. My car is my only form of transportation to make the hour drive back and forth to work every week. I called mechanic shops all morning to see who could take my car in when the mechanic I originally took it to wouldnt work on it. Alan Besco was able to take it the next day. I borrowed my friends car and she took mine to their shop that night. Since I was still at work and I couldnt pick it up they allowed me to pay over the phone so my parents could get it. The price was right in line with what i thought it would be. When I got home to my car I was shocked. Not only had they fixed the original issue, but they took care of the service on my traction control and cleaned the outside and inside completely! Even my leather seats had been cleaned. It looked immaculate! I felt a little embarrassed honestly about the state I gave it to them in. They exceeded my expectations and definitely earned a new regular customer! Amazing service!!
