My absolute FAVORITE place to get coffee. (Both Xenia and Beavercreek). Love love love the community atmosphere, it seems like you always see a friend or make a new one. The baristas are always super friendly and accommodating. The coffee is the best! The food is amazing! Best breakfast sandwiches and quiche for a very good price. The waffles are delicious. Never had a less than wonderful experience. :)

Had my first visit here today. Ordered Americano and a muffin. Muffin was ok (Ill try a different flavor next time), coffee was great. Best part was the atmosphere and friendly staff. I will definitely return.

I frequent this location regularly and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff really goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and product. I absolutely love that they have so much more than just coffee! I need my protein in the mornings and often rush out the door without breakfast, but I always know I can grab a quiche and some individual slices of bacon almost anytime! Oh, yeah, by the way, they have amazing hours!

A truly enjoyable experience! Masks are mandatory so I felt very comfortable coming in. The staff called the regulars by name and treated everyone with respect. Patrons seemed to really appreciate the atmosphere, as did I. No one gave the team any trouble about masks while I was there and it was absolutely lovely. Theres artwork on display as well as for sale. They have lots of yummy treats to enjoy and places to plug in your laptop, relax and get some work done!

Such friendly and helpful staff! Great prices and great food and coffee. Took my 10 yo daughter and we had a wonderful breakfast. She already asked to when we could go again.

Nice coffee shop in downtown Xenia. Good selection of coffee, tea and pastries. Get there early for the cinnamon rolls. Plan at least 20 mins to order and receive your items.

It is so relaxing here and I brought my sister here to have a very important talk and we werent bothered, so Im thankful for that, and their hot chocolate was the best Ive ever had 👍💯🍫

Great local coffee shop! Good selection of donuts and pastries. The iced cinnamon rolls and apple fritters are huge and very tasty. They recently added breakfast sandwiches and the bacon, egg, and cheese was really good.

Ended up here after a 10 hour drive and we’re super glad we did! The ladies we met were so sweet and provided great customer service. The customers we seen in the shop as well were all so welcoming. Everyone at the shop definitely made our day!

I love Coffee Hub. One of the best things of the urban renewal of Xenia.I am a tea person and have love their options. They have an extensive menu of herbals, greens and blacks.A favorite is the Berry Sangria which I recommend!The Jade Sencha is also quite good.And thankfully the barrista’s have a healthy respect for tea…meaning no one oversteeps it!Plenty of seating, good pastries and good drinks with even better prices, this is one place to visit if you’re in Xenia. One of the best things that keeps me coming back to the town.

If you crave chai latte but cant take the sugar, this is your coffee shop! They have their own sugar free chai latte recipe and it is great. The only thing better is the very friendly staff that serve it to you.

I did not go to Coffee Hub per se. Went to the One Bistro which is right off of the Coffee Hub. Had an excellent breakfast. The recommended prices are a bit low, but they encourage you to donate so they can feed the less fortunate.

First time i was there and the lady in there was so so helpful and so funny! the coffee was so good and the place is beautiful!

I tried Coffee Hub for the very first time on Thursday after going to the courthouse in the morning for work. I got a 24oz mocha frappe, an apple fritter and a chocolate chip chocolate muffin to go. Everything was really good. Ill definitely go back! Its great to have a local place in Xenia to get some great coffee. Highly recommended!

Pretty quant little place except you wait forever on a reg cup of coffee. They treat doordashers like trash and there is nowhere to wait when busy. Watched my cup sit there for 6 mins before she gave it to me.

Such a friendly environment and the sweetest staff! I love how spacious the cafe is! I got a matcha green tea latte and breakfast sandwhich, it tasted great! I don’t live near Xenia but I will go there again the next time I am in town!

Love this place! Great selection of coffee, tea, and some food, including fresh waffles! I love the atmosphere, the community feel, and the great service! I often drive the 15 minutes to Xenia to come here to work on my laptop or to meet with friends.

The coffee’s not amazing but it is decent considering the lack of nearby alternatives. The atmosphere is a little odd, considering the large open space and cold, cheap seating options. However, the menu is full of great options, the prices are shockingly cheap, and the baristas are some of the friendliest around. It’s worth a try, even if just to have a nice conversation.

The breakfast sandwich I had was delicious, the English muffin it was made on was homemade and TRULY outstanding!!! Coffee was Terrific and staff was very kind. I would definitely go again!

I’ve been here a few times and get cold brew which is tasty. Everyone is wearing masks, respecting social distancing. Space is clean, quiet, pleasant. Baristas are friendly.

I come here twice a week for my dose of caffeine. I love the atmosphere, very relaxing. They have tables and chairs inside and outside the shop, so I always linger in there while finishing my drink. Zack and Caleb are both very welcoming and friendly baristas. This shop deserves 6 stars! My wish is for them to have an extension shop near CSU👍👍

Best Cinnamon roll that I’ve ever tasted and it paired fantastically with their in house juice! Above all, the workers that I have met all had stellar attitudes and an upbeat, outgoing personality! Fantastic way to start your morning, refresh after a workout, or even end your work day!

This is a little coffee shop thats at the front of but unaffiliated with a center for assisting people with special needs. The available seating is plentiful. Most importantly, their coffee is unbelievable and second only to their human-head-size apple fritters that are as delicious as they are huge.

Xenias best coffee! Ive been waiting for a great coffee shop in Xenia, and this is it! Excellent product- seriously, the frappes beat any other competitor in town! The environment is awesome. The staff and owners put a lot of love and effort into it and that makes all the difference!

I love this spot! I have never had good coffee with a reasonable place in Ohio until I found coffee hub. For authentic coffee lovers, this is a very good place to get tasty coffee from different countries. People there are very cheerful and welcoming! Very nice spot!!

The staff here is AMAZING!!! They always suggest the best drinks! The food is good especially the apple fritters!!!! I havent tried one thing that I dont like. If there was an infinity star option Id give it to them!!

Great coffee and service!

I hang out at the Coffee Hub most Monday-Fridays in the mornings. I think it is a great place; the people are the best! Admittedly I dont like the coffee that much but the scones, quiche, breakfast sandwich (but the egg and bacon are nuked; just sayin) and other drinks are super tasty. And did I mention the people are great?! Thats why I hang out there. ;)

This place is AWESOME. The coffee is always fresh and smooth. The owners are so friendly and approachable, they created a real gem in Xenia!If you go, make sure you get the breakfast sandwiches, they are seriously the best that I have EVER had!

Our go to coffee place in Xenia. They have great coffee and chai. The banana split waffle is also splendid. The staff is warm and helpful, giving recommendations based on what your likes are. If youre in town, give them a shot. Youll never want to have Starbucks again.
