Although they didnt carry the item I was looking for...(binder clips)... everyone there was extremely helpful. The store was clean...well lit and even dad a cooler stocked with ice cold Root beer 🍺

As always, Ace is the helpful place. I am always impressed with the personalized service I receive when I go to Handyman Ace Hardware. Their selection isnt as large as the bigger stores, but they typically have what I need for most things and the employees make it one of my favorite places to shop.

Handyman always does a nice job. I went in to replace my key fob for my Prius. Roberta helped me out. At first the programming didnt take. But she continued to use work arounds and before I knew it, I had a freshly programmed fob for half the price the local Toyota dealership quoted me.Also, I go there for any hardware, tools, and camp needs. They never let me down.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I like Handyman cause its a smaller store than Lowes and its alot easier to get help. They have the things you need.

Felt compelled to write this review.I actually did not go in the store,I made a phone call and had a question about snowblower repairs.The gentleman on the line informed me they didn’t do snowblower repairs.Sensing my uncertainty as to what to do next,he I believe his name was Danny,not positive went out of his way to give me advice on repairing the engine or seeking further help.So thanks Danny (Ithink),said he did metal work,for going above and beyond.

Usually very helpful staff, but the woman manager is not very good at listening and responding to customer feedback. While attempting to share information about a superior Japanese Beetle trap, the Tanglefoot, she kept interrupting. Unfortunately, I doubt she was able to receive anything that was said to her concerning a quality product.

Well I didnt have my glasses on I couldnt see what I was looking for. A gentleman that works there got everything for me that I asked for with no hesitation. Theres not too many people has that much patience with me. I didnt get his name but hes an older gentleman I say late 60s. And when I went to get cash out, the lady was very nice. But every time I go in Ace hardware ads in your location or pretty much any location I get nice nice feedback I get that warm fuzzy feeling inside and I like it thats why I just got my business. Keep up the good work. Not too many stores around what does the service that you guys do. I want to thank each store especially the xenia store thank you

A good hardware store

What is sad is that a local hardware store won’t accommodate a Mother who can’t bring their son into the store due to weak immune system and COVID. I asked the lady three times on the phone if I could pull up and get three bags of sand. She said you’d have to come in, I said I can’t. Therefore, since you wouldn’t accommodate my son and I, I went to Amazon where I purchased 8 large bags. They were super convenient, probably cheaper, and very accommodating. You lost my business. By the way Nicks Resturant in town will bring food out to your car, and don’t even have to come in. I asked them the same question once, they rolled the red carpet out.

Always a good experience. Bobby is just downright helpfull and nice.

Always friendly ready to help staff ! Great to have them approach me to see if I need help instead of having to page for help or chase someone down or wait for 20 mins to be noticed like at Lowes!

This is a very helpful hardware. There is always hot popcorn...lol. A great place for plants in the spring in and around there greenhouse. They have a well rounded assortment of merchandise, though smaller then a box store. I like there discount tables, an assortment of scratch n dent, overstock, and discontinued items. FRIENDLY.

Almost always able to find what you need with a friendly employee. Ive never had one dodge me here.( another company did) I had fun with it. Anyway its your hometown store and if possible I try to support them. Much friendlier service here anyway.

It is true that someone helpful will actually meet you and help you at this store. TBH I dont know how they stay in business. Maybe not hoarding all the profits at the corporate level. Keep in mind the folks are not experts at everything and may just be reading the packages along with you but they are there and they are trying which counts for a lot and there are some things they are actually very smart at. If beggars can be choosers, the popcorn needs to be fresher. Sometimes I just go for the jelly you can purchase there near the check out. If you like a good jelly, check it out.

I went in there for a couple different reasons to get zip ties and better cordage to keep my Christmas angel up outside they were very helpful plus Ive had issues with getting duplicates of my keys made and not working and they were nice enough to remake them and not charge me again I dont go there often but Ive never had a bad experience when I do go
