I went in with a few pictures off Pinterest and they made it happen! Shane was wonderful about sending me proofs of the work before he printed.We had reserved signs for our wedding made. They’re perfect and turned out way better than I expected. Great quality and service.

Didnt really have a great selection. They lost my phone number as well so it took a while for me to know that my order was in. They have a good selection of paper and pens of you want those. Its not the way it used to be with cool arts and crafts supplies. I miss the old store.

They couldnt help me with my needs, but what really great people. They took the time to answer questions, that tried to load and print my files.I offered to pay them for their effort, after all the people spent 30 min with me.

This place is the BEST for paper supplies, art, and legal documents. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. GREAT PLACE.

I am having them print out my wedding invitations, and let me just say, they are the most helpful and kind organization! I had a tall order with a lot of logistics and it did not phase them one bit. They are extremely helpful, and I left feeling totally confident that they will do the very best job. If you want awesome service I HIGHLY recommend the Yakima Bindery!

They have a nice selection of specific office supplies as well as art supplies. I like it because they sell things individually - want 1 nice envelope or sheet of heavy paper then thats all you have to buy. I love their pens! Theyre out in display, not pre-packaged and there are little pads to try out the pen. Wider selection of pens than most places Ive been.

I came in here on a random morning looking for some drafting triangles. I was greeted immediately by one of the workers who knew exactly where they were. They were also cheaper than I expected, at $4.25 each. Ive also used their printing service on a regular basis. Its not the cheapest in town, but its always fantastic service and done the right way. Its also a great spot to get things like purchase and sale contract or other generic legal documents. If they dont have it they can also order it and well have it in a few days. I love it when local stores are competitive in price and have great service! Ill certainly be back!

I purchased a few service manuals from another online retailer and wasnt too impressed with the way the books were held together so I talked to the staff at the Yakima Bindery. Turns out they can do multiple kinds of binding (as the name would suggest) and offered to do the job in a hurry as I live about 250 miles away from them. I was quite surprised to find the manuals finished and delivered in the mail only a few days later. Very friendly and very helpful staff! Way nicer to deal with than the big chain stores and they have a lot more specialty items.

I’d give them a zero but there is no zero... I do not recommend Yakima Bindery for prints. They are extremely unorganized, I had to make multiple trips because of mistakes they made. Then at one point told me that they’d have my items delivered to me since they gave my print to another person. After another week went by they called me to go pick up my print (didn’t keep their word about delivering my items) and notified me that they failed to get the original print back from that other customer. Someone out there has a copy of my artwork for free thanks to the Yakima Bindery and now they are ignoring my invoices I’ve sent to them. They should at least cover the cost of their mistake of giving away a copy of my work.Today 7/3/2019 I returned to The Yakima Bindery to return the prints I paid for because they’re weren’t printed properly. 3 piece set, with one piece not matching up with the entire painting. So Mr. Press Tuesley comes out to give me my refund. I ask about if he’s received my invoices because I’ve sent him 2 in the past few months. He stated he did but “I don’t know where the other copy is” was his reply. I said “really! Your staff told me you gave it to another customer!” He then shouted and said “YEAH WELL WE DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS!” I refuse ever in my lifetime to argue with ignorant, unprofessional and untruthful people like Press Tuesley! I walked off and understood exactly why his business is closing - Because he refuses to take responsibility for a mistake that was done on their part. Someone in Yakima has a FREE copy of my artwork that took me hours to complete, I work very hard and for him to give my artwork away and not take responsibility for that is the worst thing any business owner can do. Press it’s people like you that teach me so much in life. PRESS TUESLEY, THANK YOU FOR TEACHING ME WHAT NOT TO EVER DO WITH A CUSTOMER!!!
