I dropped my car off for repair on 29 JUN 2021, and it is now 21 SEP 2021 still NO CAR. It has literally been one COVID related excuse after another.I would highly recommend going to other collision repair facilities that dont have more cars in repair lot than on the sales lot.This has been a highly frustrating experience overall and I will never offer this company any future work.

Weve had two vehicles repaired in the last six months at Harvest Collision. Both times I was greeted immediately (usually by Amanda, their friendly front-desk person). Estimates were done quickly and then explained to me. Both vehicles were repaired in the promised time frame. We had a front bumper repair on our Highlander and a rear quarter panel on our Prius replaced. Both vehicles looked like new when we picked them up. Luis also buffed out a recent fencepost sideswipe on a third vehicle, at no charge. So yes, weve had some bad luck with collisions lately, but Harvest Collision will always be my first choice for body repairs.

Harvest did an excellent job repairing our 2016 CR-V which was severely damaged from hitting a deer at 70mph. You would never know it had been in an accident, even when looking in the engine compartment. Looks and drives great!!! Very professional with communication throughout the process. Louie and the whole team at Harvest were awesome!!!

Luis Ledesma has always been very helpful from the beginning when he worked in the parts department and now in the Collision Center. He goes out of his way to provide a great customer experience and is very knowledgeable and helpful in everything he does. He is truly an asset to this company.

Noticed my back window was missing and the whole window was wableing, took it into harvest and Louie Ledesma helped me out. He secured it and ordered the piece for it right away! Within a couple of days he got my window fixed thank you so much.

I had a smashed tail light that ended up also being some bumper and fender damage. In a little under a week my car looks amazing and Im back on the road. They did a wonderful little detail work on the inside too.

Ive used this place many times. Im always happy with their service. Yesterday my driver side window was broken out and my GPS stolen. I am starting a new job out of town. I called a couple other places and it would be a week before they could put a new window in! I didnt have a week. I called Harvest Collison and they installed the window today. They also vacuumed out all the glass and washed my car. Very nice people. Its the place to go!

Our truck was hit by another vehicle and needed the door repaired. We took it to Harvest Collision on Feb 25 at the advice of our Insurance Company. It was supposed to be done by Feb 27. We called on 2/27 and were notified they were having a hard time finding a door that fit- odd since the body style of the truck ran for well over 10- years. They finally let us know that they found a door that would fit on March 4 and that our truck would be ready by 3/6. We told them just to be safe we would pick it up on 3/9. Dropped off our rental truck, went to the Harvest Auto- the truck is still sitting in the parking lot with the damaged door. Talked with the manager- said truck would be ready by 3/11- called STILL NOT DONE. Now new date of pick up is supposed to be 3/13, but as of 3/11 the new door had not had body damage completely fixed, had not been primed or painted. I would not suggest Harvest Collision to ANYONE. They dont keep time frames and have not reached out to us at all. All communication has been initiated by us.

Did an excellent job on fixing our side ( T-Bone) mirror. Even cleaned our car and made it look great.

I hit a deer on highway 12 causing damage to the front end of my car, breaking the grille and front panel, also requiring a new radiator and A/C condenser. I took it to Harvest Collision Body Shop as I had checked them out on the net and they had good reviews and they were one of the approved shops Pemco Insurance recommends. I met with Ryan an estimater for an estimate on the the repairs, they scheduled my car for repairs the next week, in the mean time all the parts were ordered so they would be on hand. I talked to Louie Ledesma and Ryan that I wanted genuine GM parts, and they assured me that where possible they would provide them. They told me they would need my car for one week, I took it in on Monday and I got a call Friday morning that it was ready. The professionalism of the shop was a 10 from first meeting with Louie and Ryan for an estimate to the quality of parts and repair work, the car was finished one day early and no additional charges, right on estimate. Ryan kept me informed by text the whole way on the progress of repairs, great communication on the job. The overall experience getting my car fixed was easy, friendly and superior job, I havent had to go back for anything not done or was missed in the estimate. I would recommend Harvest Collision Body Shop highly to anyone needing their car repaired. Dave Scheuffele

These guys are dishonest period i will never bring my car to do any kind of work on it agine wanted to charge me for a recall service when the stupid technician didnt even look into the sisuation before opening his unprofessional mouth red flag

Sadly I have had to take my truck here two separate times due to poor drivers in the area. But, hey, if youre gonna wreck this is the place to get your stuff fixed. They did an outstanding job on my truck, when I had a seperate mechanical issue with the truck after I picked it up; Steve the GM for the body shop hand walked me over to the mechanics and got my truck fixed in less than 24 hours. After the second wreck, the GM himself came out and looked at my vehicle. Outstanding customer service in the auto industry is not something Im used too, so to get this level of service makes me feel like a truly valued customer. Everyone from the receptionist on up is super friendly and will do anything they can to help you out. Thanks for the great service guys. Youve made a lifetime customer out of me.

They did a fantastic job!

Very disappointed in this company they told me one thing and telling me its fixable but my insurances doesnt like to pay anything over a certain amount and my insurance calls me and tells me the man they spoke to said no theres a 50/50 chance and to be honest wish they were most honest with customers than getting their hopes up and letting them down.
