Ive had three star experiences with them before. Maybe one four star. But this time it just kind of feels like the companys gotten too big for its own well-being. I could not get anyone on the phone to talk to. I hate automated stuff. Secondly, my window was like 12 days out. I reluctantly scheduled but then the next day called around and found it at a local store available the next day.

Poor scheduling. ALL scheduling is done online.... This means when they miss their appointment time, you cannot call the office to find out any information. The age of personal service is gone!!! Now you can only deal with an automated hang-up service.

I was literally in and out; very fast process to replace my windshield. Set everything up through my insurance company and was all set up. Only complaint is that I couldnt call up to schedule an appointment or talk to anyone; they force you to have to schedule an appointment on their website.

Can’t talk to anyone about prices unless you go online. What about the Poe Poe that don’t have internet, or would rather have a more personal connection with a business. This just makes me wonder what their actual services are like. How about letting a customer build his decision by speaking with someone rather than forcing them to go online.

I went there to get a windshield, I was in the office for 20 minutes and nobody came to help me I had to go out and find somebody and let them know I was there.Then the manager came in to help me and he had a snotty attitude was was completely passive aggressive and rude.I got a quote and it seemed high so after I left I called around every place in town was almost $150 cheaper.Moreover the manager try to sell me a set of $11 Winchell wipers for $40 and he told me that I needed them if I was going to get my windshield replaced this place is a rip off and the staff is unprofessional and rude I would give him zero stars if I could

They replaced a windshield for my 15 pilot back in November and it was great! Good timing and good service. Explained what was happening and prices and such.Came back in March to ask about the driver side window garnish and some clips. They explained the problem, repaired it, let me watch to know what was happening (outside their garage for liability issues) and didnt charge me.Im very pleased with their professionalism and service.

Weve used Safelite all over the country and have always had a fantastic experience. This time around, when they couldnt make it to our house because of snow, they very quickly met us at their shop to get the windsheild replaced. We really appreciated them not canceling or rescheduling since we were leaving town. They went above and beyond!

They did a great job. I was really impressed with Miguel- he was very professional and accommodating.

The gal at the desk is one of the nicest folks I’ve ever met. The technician completed the work in a timely manner, took the time to answer all my questions, and my windshield looks great! I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, the free wifi in the office so that I could get some work done while I waited. Ooh! and the snacks and coffee available made the wait much more pleasant. The customer service was excellent! my scheduled appointment took 2 hours longer then expected because of an unforeseen delay in the replacement of a windshield in a vehicle that was scheduled ahead of mine, but the way the manager handled the situation was great. the cost of a replacement windshield was almost at least 100 dollars cheaper then I could find anywhere else. the ease of online scheduling, mobile service, and the level of technology use by the shop made the experience swift, easy, and painless. I would recommend a safelite shop to anyone.

Very professional and affordable. I had to replace my windshield and they even vacuumed my van and washed the Windows before I picked it up. It took exactly the amount of time that they told me. I would highly recommend this company and location.

As can be seen in the email, the appointment was scheduled for 3:30 P.M. today (August 7, 2017).To get to the appointment, I drove an hour and a half in a truck with a non-working air conditioner. The temperatures reached 104 degrees.Per your clock on your Kennewick facility wall, I arrived on time.Putting it all together, I drove a total of three hours, in three digit weather, wasting fuel, for OUR appointment.The attached copy of the email confirmation makes clear we had an August 7, 2017, appointment. Too, it is clear that appointment was made well after the one which consumed your agents focus, but which was cancelled two weeks earlier [and which one of your agents took upon herself to create, without my permission, during another, unrelated repair and an inquiry about this repair].And here I sit, without a damned window and after a long, miserable day [and waste of gas].P.S. I was working a house refurb and this appointment set it back a day.

Freindly and fast. Was not there for as long as i thought i would be.

Took my vehicle to have the windshield changed. Water started immediately leaking into the door windows on both driver and passenger sides after the windshield was changed. Took it back in to have it fixed. They told me the only way for them to do anything was to replace the windshield or take it as a warranty repair. Gave them my information, never heard back from the staff. Now I have to spend over $1,000 to have my dealer fix the botched job these dumbasses did on my car so the water doesnt leak in anymore.I would say avoid this business like the plague if you need any windshield-related job.

Something fatal happened, someone broke my car window with a stone and they stole my jacket, do you think? A jacket that courage ... I thought it would be very expensive to prepare it and that it would take time to find someone available for the pandemic but ... with them you make an appointment online and they go to your house ... honestly if they are I recommend for the good service and price .... but .... the only thing that I did not like is that they do not have a direct number where to call because I called the one in Yakima and an answering machine answered me and it was a Monday like 12 oclock so that if I did not like me, I would have liked someone to answer me and solve my doubts and give me estimates, explain me ... but nooo a tape recorder answered me and in the end told me to make an appointment online .. and I stayed just as indesisa ... that would be the only thing.
