I ordered a Weber Carb. It stuck open. My mechanic of 35 years says it is the worst carb he has ever seen. It was dangerous. They told us to “bend” the connector arm from the accelerator cable. Seriously?They have refused to give me a return authorization. These guys are crooks. Please avoid them. My bank is doing an investigation on them. Nothing but pass the buck. Do NOT order anything from them!

I tried to order a Caliper for a Sienna from Michael and he said he had a fully loaded one available for $101 + shipping overnight or one out of California 3 days away. He FAILED to say that the loaded one came with brake pads as if he had I would have went for the one without brake pads as I had just had my brakes replaced a day prior. When the item comes in I noticed that it came with brakes. I called and spoke with Michael and he said that since I work in the auto industries (COLLISION) that I should have KNOWN the difference between the 2. I told him that he SHOULDNT assume someone knew what the difference was and he said well you work with cars so I didnt think I had too. I told him that he needed to EDUCATE his customers as not everyone knows everything. That I EDUCATE our customers on a daily basis! As someone can say they need a fender repaired and they are talking about the quarter panel. We can NOT assume customers know what you are talking about. Told him I didnt want the FULLY LOADED caliper and he said well we will have to still collect the shipping from you as we ordered it for you. I told him how that was fair as he hadnt explained the difference and he should have. Told him I wanted the one out of CA and he said that there would be shipping on that one as well. Told him how that was fair? He said well we have to pay to have it special ordered in. Told him that was NOT fair and that I wanted to talk to the owner. He put me on hold and said well he is busy but Todd said what he could do for you is have you keep the part and only pay $101 with no shipping. Told him no I want to talk to him. Todd gets on the phone and says well what more do you want us to do for you? Told him that the least they could do is take this part back and not charge the shipping and order me the NON LOADED one for $78.69 and I would pay that shipping. He said NO that they could deduct the shipping and the one I have but would have to pay the $101 for it. Told him no that the part was more expensive and I have no need for the brakes that came with it. Todd said that was all that they could do or would be willing to do. This company has to learn on EDUCATING their customers and that it is NOT up to the customers to ask question when it should be explained to them!

Great source for quality OE supplier aftermarket parts. Brands like Bosch, Aisin, Mann and Hummel, Denso, Valeo, Sachs, Continental, etc...

Was told parts for my Weber carburetor were not available, could not order..... Got home found exactly the same parts the guy told me they couldnt get myself online!Dont know if it was just a dipshit behind the counter or what but I dont think Ill be back anytime soon!

I spoke to someone yesterday told them what I needed and they said they were going to order it. Called agin today And he never ordered my part, said he forgot. didn’t even get a sorry from the guy. Horrible customer service
