We were driving through today after having our tires rotated and balanced at Costco 2 days before on our 2017 Toyota Sienna. The steering wheel would vibrate pretty good when braking while the car was driving over 50 MPh. Called White Front Shop and Jim took it for a test drive and explained to us in detail our problem and how it was related to the tires being out of balance for FREE. He was honest and didn’t try to just take our money by telling us we needed unnecessary work done. This is a shop where they definitely care about their community and customers. I highly recommend them. 👍
