The gentleman that helped me when picking up my mattress was made aware I had my infant son in the car and couldn’t come inside the store so he offered to bring paperwork out for me to fill out and then helped with bringing the mattress out to my car and even showed me how to roll my seats down so that the entire mattress box would fit in my car. He was by far extremely professional and kind. He was honestly the cherry on the top of an overall good customer service experience. From the moment the mattress was picked out and payed for in a mattress firm store over in Kent and then to the store in Yakima that I picked the mattress up at, it was all just a very pleasant experience and I recommend this company altogether to anyone.

I was helped by a very hard worker, Brian. He took me all over the store explaining every bed that I liked, and the good and bad alike. When my first choice wasn’t going to be in for months, and my second choice wasn’t going to be any closer, he got me a good deal on my 3rd choice and threw in some extras. I was a bit disappointed I couldn’t get my first or second choices, but I was tight on time and couldn’t wait. I appreciated the amount of attention and concern he spent on me.

I wanted to purchase a twin xl mattress and platform for a guest room. Brian was very helpful. He didn’t push the most expensive mattress, but instead showed me several options that would meet my needs.He also helped me with arranging the delivery around my work schedule, very friendly, professional, and helpful. 10 years ago I bought a Vera Wang Queen mattress set with a protective cover. The bed was awesome and so was the cover. However, I since married and we decided we needed a King bed and a new bedroom set. We bought our new mattress through a different vendor however, we needed a new protective cover, with the gel cooling by the way. Great. Mathew was a knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional guide through the products....both positive and cautionary.We had actually purchased a mattress from another store, but ut turned into a matress/adjustable frame nightmare. The other store did a horrible job of customer service after a rather simple problem arose. To sum it up, after 9 weeks we were left with a reasonable mattress and a bed frame that mechanically didnt work.....no adjustment possible. So, we were VERY wary of trying another store. Mathew was terrific. He knew his products, and helped us decide on a wonderful Temperpedic mattress and a working, matching adjustable frame.

Went in to buy a twin mattress. Just needed something basic. Was told the cheapest they had was $199.99. When I asked why it was so expensive it was suddenly on sale for 179.99. Then as were checking out i looked it up online it was on their website for 149.99. I felt very deceived by the sales person and will not be returning

Matt was quite knowledgeable about the mattresses he was selling and about normal and abnormal spinal position while sleeping. The adjunct bundle that is promoted to buy with the mattress is a bit spendy given its actual value. I was disappointed Mattress Firm did not have more Sealey-Posturepedics to evaluate.

Today, I went to purchase a bed frame and recieved incredible customer service. Brian was helpful, courteous and friendly. I would definitely go back when I need to get a new bed.

Difficult to do business with. Card machine did not work, would not take cash, would not take cashiers check. They suggested coming back another day.Delivery would take 5 days. I bought at Mattress Depot, next day delivery without the 100 dollar upcharge.

Store in Yakima was fine. Picking up the mattress at the warehouse in Pasco HORRIBLE!!! Person on the phone asked for Drivers License number, then person bringing out the mattress never asked to see my license or my paid receipt. Person at warehouse on phone at very rude..we were not told at the store that the warehouse would need drivers license number.

Weve been to multiple locations, the customer service is always great. We took some time to make a decision and they were just as helpful and friendly the fifth time as they were the first. Absolutely give them a chance if youre in the market for a new bed!

Julie was awesome to work with. I had bought a mattress in January and there was a sag that happened after about 6 months. Finally did the warranty at about 8 months due to COVID. I submitted my claim and it was accepted with a value of $699, my original purchase price. Although that mattress was on sale. My husband and I went Wednesday evening 8/19/20 to pick out a new mattress and the person in the store kept saying that the warranty states that sale prices are not applicable for warranty purchase. My husband and I left because we were okay paying the difference for a new mattress, but not paying more because they wouldn’t honor the sale price. We looked at just replacing the defective mattress with the same one but we would have had to pay on that and I was not going to do that. I then attempted to call the number listed on my warranty paperwork and due to COVID, had to go to the website and use the chat feature. The “person” to chat with was a robot and wasn’t giving me answers other then to fill out form and then someone would contact me. I then somehow found my way to Julie. We texted and told her all of my issues and wasn’t happy. Julie wanted me to come in again so that she could work things out because you have to do a warranty claim in the store. My husband and I went back on Friday 8/21/20 and Julie was busy with another customer, but her associate was able to help us as she had already discussed things with her. We had already picked out the new bed and it was just a matter of doing the paperwork and paying the difference for the new bed as Julie honored the sales price. Julie was awesome to deal with and I will return and work with her! Only reason I am giving a 4/5 is the mess and run around with the warranty but Julie is a5/5!!! Thanks Julie

Sarah was completely awesome in helping us invest into a new bed for our new home. We had been to just about every other retailer in the Valley and were not comfortable nor sold on any of their products and we were ready to call it quits. That is until we strolled into mattress firm and Sarah not only helped us find just the perfect bed, she made sure to fully understand our needs and look for exactly what we needed and wanted. She was not pushy nor rude, or one of those sales people who tried to make a fast sale, but was extremely kind and took her time in helping us and actually saved us quite a bit of money in helping us choose the model we loved (which was cheaper) than the one we thought we wanted. I was pretty impressed with this store! It was clean & the staff was all friendly. The sales associate that helped me was Sarah Wolfram. She was super nice, very informative & not pushy at all. She was very patient while helping me find just the right mattress & there was a lot to try out. While signing paper work for my new adjustable bed I was offered coffee w/ flavored creamer. My whole experience here was very pleasant. Come to find out we both attend the same church! I purchased my bed a couple months ago & so far Im very pleased. I have no complaints what so ever!

So I purchased a box spring at the west valley mattress firm and was sent to the other store but upon showing up Luis didn’t greet us and just asked us if we had a pickup. Once we let him know we had a order for the box spring he kept telling me that it was in the back on a truck and that it was gonna be five minutes. Well 5 minutes turned out to be a hour wait. So he kept stalling us and telling us it would be a few minutes but turned out that they did not have it or a truck that could deliver to the other store. He did not pay attention to us and just stayed behind the counter and just kept walking around in and out the back. He also kept Trying to get us out the store by asking us if we had errands to run and to come back so they can have it ready. Well my response was I needed that box spring because I just moved and do not have a bed, I was really upset that he did not seem to be worried about us laying on the beds waiting and just kept saying from the other side of the store that It would be a few minutes. The mattress store in west valley were honestly the best experience over the one by 1st due to the fact it’s customer service far exceeded expectations over the store on 1st since we didn’t even get greeted or asked if we needed help, Luis just stayed in his area and told us to lay down and wait or run an errand and come back.
